We stand behind every Almagia device we sell. If your purchase isn't the right fit, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to return it. All return and refund communication is handled directly by our team at Recovery Room Direct — you do not need to contact Almagia International yourself.

We will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number and provide complete return instructions.
