Almagia International Return Policy
We stand behind every Almagia device we sell. If your purchase isn't the right fit, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to return it. All return and refund communication is handled directly by our team at Recovery Room Direct — you do not need to contact Almagia International yourself.
How to start a return. Call us at (888) 500-5675 or email sales@recoveryroomdirect.com with your order number and proof of purchase. We will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number and provide complete return instructions. Do not ship the device back until you have your RA number — packages received without a valid RA number will be refused.
Condition required. The device must be returned in unused, like-new condition in its original packaging with all components, accessories, applicators, and documentation included. Devices that have been used, powered on for treatment, or are missing components are not eligible for return.
What a return costs. A 15% restocking fee is deducted from your refund. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility — we recommend using a trackable, insured carrier. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned device.
Cancellations. If you need to cancel before your order ships, contact us immediately at (888) 500-5675 or sales@recoveryroomdirect.com. Cancellations before shipment are handled on a case-by-case basis. Once the device has shipped, the 14-day return process above applies.
Warranty claims. If your Almagia device develops a manufacturing defect outside the 14-day return window, it is covered by the manufacturer's 2-year warranty from the original purchase date.
