Almagia International Shipping Policy

Your Almagia International order ships free to any address in the contiguous 48 U.S. states. Orders ship within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation from Almagia International's US distribution center in Brooklyn, NY. Standard delivery takes 4–7 business days from the ship date depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order leaves the warehouse.

Packaging and carrier. Almagia PEMF devices ship as standard insured parcel via ground carrier. Devices are compact enough to ship without freight scheduling or delivery appointments. No liftgate or freight truck is required — packages arrive like a standard parcel delivery.

What to expect at delivery. Your Almagia device will be delivered to your door. Once your order ships, use the tracking link in your confirmation email to follow it in real time. No appointment or freight dock is needed.

If your order arrives damaged. Before opening, photograph the exterior of the shipping box. Then carefully open and photograph any damage to the device or its contents. Email photos to sales@recoveryroomdirect.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will file the carrier claim and arrange a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice. Damage reports submitted more than 48 hours after delivery cannot be guaranteed.
