We're factory-authorized for every brand we carry and monitor authorized dealer pricing across the market. If you find this exact model listed for less by another authorized retailer, show us — and we'll match it, no negotiation needed.

How to Request a Match Before You Buy

Ready to purchase but found a lower price elsewhere? Here's how it works:

    Send us the details — a link or screenshot of the competitor's listed price, their retailer name, and the exact model number.

  • 2

    We verify authorization — we confirm the retailer is officially authorized and the price qualifies. We respond within one business day, often the same day.

  • 3

    You get a custom checkout link — at the matched price, with full manufacturer warranty and authorized service intact. Nothing changes except the price.

Purchased in the Last 30 Days?

Already placed your order? You're still covered. If you find a lower qualifying price — including on our own site — within 30 days of your order date, we'll refund the exact difference.

What Qualifies

Our guarantee applies when all of the following are true:

  • Authorized Dealer Only

    The competitor must be an officially authorized U.S. online retailer for that brand. We don't match grey-market, unauthorized, or third-party marketplace sellers.

  • Same Model, New & In Stock

    The exact model number, brand new condition, currently in stock at the competing retailer. Does not apply to open-box, refurbished, demo, or discontinued items.

  • No Auction Platforms or Warehouse Clubs

    Does not apply to eBay, Amazon Marketplace listings, Overstock, Costco, or similar discount platforms.

  • No Promotional or Sale Pricing

    Excludes seasonal sales, holiday promotions, BOGO offers, manufacturer rebates, flash sales, and clearance events.

  • MAP-Compliant Pricing

    We cannot match prices that violate a manufacturer's Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policy. All authorized dealers are contractually prohibited from advertising below MAP — a price below MAP signals an unauthorized seller, not a better deal.

  • Total Delivered Cost Comparison — Our Advantage

    We compare total landed cost: item price plus any shipping or handling fees. Our freight shipping is always included free on every order. When freight is factored in, a competitor's lower listed price frequently matches or exceeds ours. We show you the full math.
