Found a lower price at an authorized U.S. online retailer before you've ordered? Here's the process:

Send us the details: a link or screenshot of the competitor's listed price, their retailer name, and the exact model number.

We verify it: we confirm the retailer is officially authorized and the price qualifies. We respond within one business day.

You get a custom checkout link at the matched price, with the manufacturer's warranty and authorized service intact. Nothing changes except the price.

One adjustment per item. If you return an item, the refund is the amount you actually paid after the adjustment. Each order follows the price match terms in place on its order date.
The Match Applies When

Our guarantee applies to authorized U.S. online retailers with verifiable, in-stock pricing at the standard retail price.
The competitor must be an officially authorized U.S. online retailer for that brand. We don't match grey-market, unauthorized, or third-party marketplace sellers.
The exact model number and configuration, brand new, currently in stock. Does not apply to open box, refurbished, demo or discontinued items.
Does not apply to eBay, Amazon Marketplace listings, Overstock, Costco, or similar discount or warehouse channels.
Excludes seasonal sales, holiday promotions, manufacturer promotions, BOGO offers, manufacturer rebates, flash sales and clearance events, before or after you buy. After you buy, the lower price must also have been listed on the day you ordered. Prices that drop later are not covered, including manufacturer price changes and changes to our own prices.
We can't match a price below a brand's minimum advertised price (MAP). When a brand sets MAP, a listing below it usually signals an unauthorized seller, not a better deal.
We compare the item price plus any shipping fees. Most of our products ship free to the contiguous 48 states, so a lower listed price elsewhere can cost more once shipping is added. We show you the full math.
A price match through Recovery Room Direct still comes with the manufacturer's warranty, factory-authorized service, and direct support from a team that knows the equipment. You're not trading support for savings. You get both.
