The Match Applies When
All of These Are True
Our guarantee applies to authorized retailers with verifiable, currently in-stock pricing at the standard retail price.
The competitor must be an officially authorized U.S. online retailer for that brand. We don't match grey-market, unauthorized, or third-party marketplace sellers.
The exact model number, brand new condition, currently in stock. Does not apply to open-box, refurbished, demo, or discontinued items.
Does not apply to eBay, Amazon Marketplace listings, Overstock, Costco, or similar discount or warehouse channels.
Excludes seasonal sales, holiday promotions, BOGO offers, manufacturer rebates, flash sales, and clearance events.
We cannot match prices below a manufacturer's Minimum Advertised Price (MAP). All authorized dealers are contractually bound to MAP — a price below it signals an unauthorized seller, not a better deal.
We compare total landed cost: item price plus any shipping fees. Our freight is always included free. When freight is factored in, a competitor's lower listed price frequently matches or exceeds ours — we show you the full math.
