Shipping policy
Shipping Costs
Standard freight delivery is completely free for all orders within the contiguous United States. If your facility requires professional inside delivery or white glove assembly these options are available for an additional customized fee based on your specific location and equipment. Please contact our sales team directly prior to ordering to request a custom quote for these upgraded delivery services.
Shipping Coverage Area
We ship our equipment to addresses across the 48 contiguous United States. Because we deal with large and high value machines keeping our deliveries strictly domestic ensures the transit process remains as safe and reliable as possible. We do not ship to Alaska Hawaii or international destinations at this time.
Order Confirmation
You will get a confirmation email the exact moment you finish checking out. This lets you know our system received your order and your payment went through successfully. Right after that happens our team gets to work preparing your equipment.
Order Processing Time
Getting heavy commercial gear ready takes a bit of time. Our standard processing window is 3 to 5 business days before an item actually leaves the warehouse. If you ordered a custom build or an item happens to be out of stock we do not just leave you guessing. We will reach out to you directly to provide an updated timeline.
Shipment Notification and Tracking
You will receive another email from us once your equipment is officially on the road. This message includes your exact tracking details so you can keep an eye on your investment as it makes its way to your home or clinic.
Estimated Delivery Time
Standard transit time usually takes 3 to 7 business days after the initial processing period is finished. Putting it all together you can generally expect your equipment to arrive within 7 to 12 business days from the day you place your order. Please note that manufacturing and fulfillment timelines vary significantly depending on the specific brand and complexity of the machine. You can always find the precise estimated delivery timeline displayed directly on every individual product page.
Shipping Carriers and Delivery Methods
We use FedEx UPS and USPS for our standard packages. For large items like commercial saunas and hyperbaric chambers we rely on specialized heavy freight carriers. Standard heavy freight includes curbside delivery only. The driver will utilize a mechanical liftgate to lower the pallet to your driveway or commercial loading dock but they are strictly prohibited from moving the equipment inside your facility.
Freight Receiving and Inspection Process
When your heavy equipment arrives the delivery driver will ask you to sign a document called a Bill of Lading. Your signature on this document legally acknowledges that the freight was received in perfect condition. Before you sign you must conduct a thorough visual inspection of all exterior boxes and pallets.
If you see any tears crushed corners or visible physical damage you must write the word DAMAGED clearly on the Bill of Lading before signing it. If the damage appears severe you have the right to refuse the delivery entirely.
If you sign the Bill of Lading without noting any damage you legally release the freight carrier and Recovery Room Direct from all liability for transit damage. If hidden damage is discovered later because the delivery receipt was signed clean we unfortunately cannot file an insurance claim on your behalf or provide a free replacement.
Delays and Exceptions
Moving commercial machinery across the country is not always a perfect science. Weather and logistical backups can occasionally cause unexpected delays. If a delay happens with your shipment we will proactively notify you. We want you to stay completely in the loop until your equipment safely reaches your door.
