How long will it take to receive my order?

How do large items ship?
Standard parcel services cannot transport large scale recovery devices. We utilize specialized heavy freight logistics carriers. Once the shipment arrives at a terminal near your city a dispatcher will contact you directly to schedule a specific delivery window.
Is delivery brought inside my house or business?
Standard heavy freight includes curbside delivery only. The driver will utilize a mechanical liftgate to lower the pallet to your driveway or commercial loading dock. They are strictly prohibited from moving the equipment inside or performing any assembly. If your facility requires professional inside delivery please contact us prior to ordering so we can provide a white glove logistics quote.
Do you ship internationally?
Our current logistics network focuses exclusively on domestic fulfillment. We only ship within the contiguous United States. We do not process orders bound for Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, or international destinations at this time.
What happens if my equipment arrives damaged?
It is critical that you inspect the exterior packaging while the delivery driver is present. If you observe structural damage you must write damaged on the delivery receipt before providing your signature. You then have exactly 48 hours to email our team with photographic evidence. We will handle the insurance claim on your behalf and expedite the necessary replacement parts.

Returns and Cancellations

Can I cancel my order?
Please reach out to our team immediately if your plans change. Orders canceled prior to processing are eligible for a complete refund. If your order has already been processed with the vendor but has not yet shipped the cancellation is subject to a 5% administrative fee. Once an item has left the manufacturer warehouse the cancellation becomes a standard return and assumes all associated return shipping costs and restocking fees..
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on most unused equipment within 30 of delivery. Returning large medical devices requires expensive freight transportation. All eligible returns are subject to a standard 20% restocking fee plus the total cost of return shipping unless the specific manufacturer dictates otherwise.
