Free shipping to the contiguous 48 states on every Saunum heater, AirSolo and AirIQ control, and on any order above our free shipping threshold. A smaller accessory ordered below the threshold carries a flat charge, shown at checkout before you pay.
Ships from Wheeling, Illinois. We do not ship Saunum to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico.
Heaters come by freight. The Air, Air L and Air Perfect ship palletized. The carrier calls to book a window, someone has to sign, and the delivery is curbside rather than inside, so plan for two people to carry it in.
Smaller items come by parcel. The AirSolo, the AirIQ control, stones and safety rails travel by ground parcel with no appointment, and they can arrive on a different day from the heater.
Stones ship in their own boxes. 33 pounds each: 4 boxes for an Air or Air Perfect, 6 for an Air L. Stones added from a Saunum heater's page ship free with that heater.
When it ships. The estimate on each product page is the distributor's usual dispatch time for stocked items. We confirm stock with the distributor when you order, and if your model is out of stock we tell you the new date before anything ships. Working to a deadline? Ask us first.
If it arrives damaged. Note it on the delivery paperwork, photograph the carton and the contents, and report it within 48 hours of delivery, before the heater is installed. Saunum's warranty excludes transport damage. Refuse a punctured or crushed pallet and call us while the driver is there.
Not included: the electrical work. A certified electrician hardwires the heater to 240 V through the AirIQ control unit, and the AirSolo to 120 V.

What does the warranty cover?
Heaters: 2 years in a private sauna. The Air, Air L and Air Perfect, from your purchase date. The manual that ships with the heater gives no commercial term, so ask us before buying for a gym, spa or rental.
AutoLeil. 2 years in a private sauna, labor excluded.
AirSolo and AirIQ. 2 years in a home sauna and 1 year in a commercial or public one. The AirSolo cover includes labor and spare parts. The AirIQ cover is parts, for the first installation and the original purchaser.
Excluded on the heaters. Labor, the heating elements and the salt spheres, plus wear, transport damage, misuse, improper installation, repairs outside Saunum's repair partners, and stones or salt spheres Saunum does not recommend.
Two conditions decide every claim. A completed installation report goes in with the claim, and the product must have been connected by a qualified electrician. The report form is in the back of the manual, so keep a copy.
Delivery damage. Report it within 48 hours of delivery, with photographs and before installing, because transport damage is not a warranty matter.
Who handles it. Claims go to Saunum's US technical support at Bathing Brands, and we take them there for you. Call (888) 500-5675 with your order number, model, serial number and photographs.

30 days from purchase. On a Saunum heater, AirSolo, AirIQ control or accessory that is new, uninstalled and resalable, in the original packaging with all parts. We handle the return, so you do not contact Saunum or the distributor.
Installed means final. A heater that has been wired in, switched on or loaded with stones cannot go back, and neither can an AirIQ or AirSolo that has been wired in, or an accessory that has been fitted.
What it costs. Full credit for the product, less a repackaging fee of 20 to 50 dollars depending on the item. There is no percentage restocking fee on a standard return.
Who pays the freight. You do on a change of mind. We cover it when the cause is shipping damage or our error. We never deduct the cost of free shipping from your refund, but shipping you paid at checkout is not refunded on a change of mind return.
Damaged on arrival. Note it on the delivery receipt before signing, photograph it, and report it within 48 hours of delivery, before the product is installed.
Stones. Not returnable once a box is opened, since stone is sold by weight.
Cancelling before it ships. No fee before we send the order to the distributor. After that an administrative fee of up to 5 percent may apply, and we waive it when we are not charged ourselves.
To start a return. Call (888) 500-5675 for a Return Authorization number before anything ships back. Refunds go to the original payment method within 7 business days of the return being received and inspected.

The Air Perfect 10 runs only on Saunum's AirIQ and comes without stone, so this package brings the 10 kW heater, the AirIQ Wi-Fi control and four boxes of stone together: a complete order for a bigger home sauna, or a mid-size one heavy on glass and tile.
Choose it when the room needs 10 kW but you want a low, 45.7 inch heater rather than a flue climbing to the ceiling. Spread the payments with sauna heater financing.

Saunum AirIQ Wi-Fi control, run from the wall or your phone
The Air Perfect 10 is made to run only on Saunum's AirIQ control system. Saunum's US distributor lists the AirIQ as required for the Air Perfect. If your heater arrives with its own AirIQ panel, we refund the control. You get a touch panel for a wall outside the sauna and the power unit that switches the heater.
The panel keeps the temperature, the fan speed and three sauna types you can rewrite, has the room hot at a set time or on a weekly timetable, and has a passcode screen lock. On 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi the Saunum app, on a phone of your own (not included), sets and watches the temperature, starts the fan and sets its speed, shows the heater's status and schedules a session from the sofa. Prefer no Wi-Fi? Choose "Set up offline" at the Wi-Fi step (older panels say "Skip"); Saunum still wants internet at first installation for updates, which a phone hotspot covers. Remote and scheduled starts both check that the door is shut, which takes a door sensor. Bathing Brands lists a door sensor among the Air Perfect carton's parts, while Saunum's Air Perfect manual names only the temperature sensor, so we confirm with your order whether one ships. The Air Perfect 10 heater
Ten kilowatts, 9,900 W, in a 19 by 14 by 45.7 inch body with the fan in its base and a flue on each side; one basket only. Packed with it: the temperature sensor, cables, the salt spheres and the manual holding the installation report.
Four 33 pound boxes of stone
More power does not mean more stone: the 10 takes the same load as the 7, about 110 to 120 pounds, and four boxes of Saunum's rounded 2 to 4 inch olivine diabase supply 132. Hand load them to the air duct openings, refit the grille, add one or two layers loosely enough for air to pass, and keep every stone out of the side flues.
Seven Himalayan salt spheres
Already in the heater carton, they fit sockets between the outlet grille and the fan, in the airflow. Saunum calls them optional, and spheres from other makers fall outside the warranty.

A rail around the heater
Our Air Perfect safety rail by Saunum is made for this body: bentwood birch plywood on steel brackets, 29.25 by 13 by 3.5 inches, shaped around the 19 by 14 inch heater. The Air Perfect manual counts the safety barrier among the elements outside the heater package, and Saunum asks that children keep at least 40 inches from the heater while the fan is running. Add it as you order; it is the add-on row in the buy box.

Day to day
Using the Saunum Air Perfect 10 package from week to week
Saunum allows 45 to 90 minutes for an insulated, correctly sized room to reach its setting, somewhere between 140 and 194 °F.
Before you go in
Pick the ready time on the panel or in the app; a start from the phone or the schedule needs the door shut and a door sensor in place. Per the manual, leave the fan off for the warm-up. The AirIQ may start the climate function on its own to prevent overheating, so never leave it running unattended.
On the bench
Switch the fan on as you go in, at one of three speeds, or leave it off if you prefer the air layers left alone. Use hot water, 6 to 7 fluid ounces per ladle at most, with only sauna fragrance mixed in; no chlorinated water or seawater.
Once a year
Restack the stones, replacing cracked ones from the spare weight. Look over the salt spheres too and replace worn or broken ones; Saunum's AirSolo manual gives the test, a sphere whose diameter has dropped by more than half, and a Saunum Himalayan salt sphere set refills the tray. If a stone ever slips down a side flue, it lands in the fan housing, and Saunum forbids running the fan until it is out.

Does your room call for the Saunum Air Perfect 10 package?
Rated volume 318 to 565 cubic feet, or 9 to 16 m³. The ceiling must be 77 inches or more, with 31.5 inches of free space over the stones.
From the January 2026 Air Perfect manual: length times width times height, in feet, is the starting volume; uninsulated log, plank or stave walls multiply it by 1.5; each square foot of glass, tile, brick, concrete or stone, a glass door included, adds 3.0 cubic feet. Between two heaters, go bigger. An insulated room of 7 x 5.5 x 7.5 feet is 288.75 cubic feet; a 12 square foot glass door adds 36, for 324.75: both Air Perfect sizes are rated there, so take the 10.
