Free to the contiguous 48. What changes across the range is not the cost to you but how it arrives.
Electric heaters ship by parcel. Wall mounted and pillar heaters run roughly 29 to 55 pounds, so they travel as insured ground parcel. No delivery appointment and nobody needs to be home.
Wood burning stoves ship by freight. A stove moves palletized on an LTL carrier. The carrier calls to arrange an appointment window, someone must be there to sign, and it is a curbside drop rather than a carrier leaving it at the door.
Stones ship separately. A heater takes anywhere from one box to thirteen at roughly 44 pounds a box, so stone shipping is charged per box at checkout, including when the stones are ordered with a heater.
When it ships, and how you will know. Most orders ship promptly, though some part numbers are supplied from Finland and take longer, so we confirm the position for your specific model when you order. You get a tracking notification by email once it ships.
Where we ship. The contiguous 48 states. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Canada are quoted case by case, so contact us before ordering.
If it arrives damaged. Check the carton or pallet for damage while the driver is still there and note any damage on the delivery receipt at the time of signing, then contact us the same day. A clean signature with no damage noted makes a freight claim much harder to win.
What does the warranty cover?
What does the warranty cover?
Residential coverage. Two years on electric heaters, controls and steam generators including the heating elements, and two years on wood burning stoves, running from your date of purchase.
A free third year. Register within 30 days and Harvia adds a third year on electric heaters in residential use. We send you the link and your serial number with your order.
Commercial coverage. Two years on electric heaters, controls and electronics, but six months on heating elements and six months on wood burning stoves.
Professional installation is a condition. Harvia requires that the unit is installed and wired by a licensed electrician, and that proof of professional installation can be presented with a claim. A heater wired by the owner is outside the warranty, so keep your installer's invoice with your receipt.
Not covered. Normal wear, improper installation, poor maintenance, failure to follow the instructions, alterations and improper use. Sauna stones are a consumable and are not covered, and stones Harvia does not specify for your model can void cover.
Transport damage has a seven day limit. Harvia requires damage found on receipt to be reported no later than seven days after delivery. Call us the same day, because a claim is far easier to win with the damage noted on the delivery receipt.
Changing how you use it ends the cover. Moving a heater from a family sauna into a gym, a rental or any other commercial setting ends the residential cover rather than converting it. Tell us before you order if the room will be used commercially.
A callout for a fault that is not covered can be charged. If the defect turns out to fall outside the warranty, Harvia is entitled to charge for the work of finding it, including labour, travel and shipping at actual cost. Call us first and we will work through the symptoms with you before anything is booked.
Who handles it. Harvia US Inc. is the warrantor for North America and we open the claim with them on your behalf. Call (888) 500-5675.
What if I need to return it?
What if I need to return it?
30 days from purchase. The unit must be new, uninstalled and in resalable condition with its original packaging and all included parts. A heater that has been wired in, fired, or loaded with stones counts as installed and cannot be returned.
What a return costs. There is no percentage restocking fee on a standard customer return. You get full credit for the product, less a repackaging fee that typically runs about 20 to 50 dollars depending on the item.
Who pays the return freight. You do on a change of mind. We do, and the distributor does, when the cause is shipping damage or an error on our side, and nothing is deducted for freight in those cases.
Damaged on arrival. A different process, and it is time sensitive. Note the damage on the delivery receipt before you sign, photograph the carton and the contents, and call us the same day. Concealed damage found after signing is much harder to claim, so open the box on delivery day even if you are not installing for weeks.
Sauna stones. Stone is sold by weight and is not returnable once a box is opened.
Controls and accessories. Same 30 day window and the same condition requirement. A control unit that has been wired in cannot be returned.
To start a return. Call (888) 500-5675. A Return Authorization number is required before anything goes back, and product returned without one can be refused.

The package price is the component prices added together, at the manufacturer's own advertised prices. Nothing is added for bundling them, and there is no inflated compare at price. Buy the parts separately from us and you pay the same.
The heater
What the CORE 6 is rated for
HUUM rates the CORE 6 heater for 177 to 318 cubic feet at 240 volts. It stands on the floor, and it measures 15.16 in wide, 15.16 in deep and 32.7 in tall. HUUM gives its stone capacity as 88.2 lb (40 kg), and its olivine diabase stone comes in 33 pound boxes, so this package carries 3 of them.
The CORE is the only HUUM heater you finish yourself: black, one of three wood panel sets, or bare shields you clad in tile, stone, glass or timber. Underneath the case every CORE is the same heater.
Sauna sizing is about the volume of the room, not its floor area, and uninsulated brick, tile or glass adds to that volume. HUUM asks for 3.3 cubic feet to be added for every square foot of such wall. If you are between two outputs, our heater finder walks the room with you, or call and we will do it together.
On a 208 volt supply the same heater makes 4.8 kW and is rated for 142 to 248 cubic feet.
The case
Nine ways to finish the CORE 6
The CORE is the only HUUM heater you case yourself. Pick the exterior at the top of this page and the price moves with it: black is HUUM's finished steel case, the wood options are 4 panels that fasten over the metal shields, and unfinished is 4 bare shields with cover strips, ready for the tile, stone, glass or timber you fit. The manual's finishing appendix sets out what the heater will take.
The top trim is the cover strip along the top rim, in black or stainless, and it costs the same either way. Black is the one exterior that comes with a black trim only. Whatever you choose, the heater underneath is the same, and so is the stone it holds and the circuit it needs.
The control
Which UKU comes in the package
Pick the control at the top of this page and the price moves with it. Every choice is a HUUM UKU: the same control, in a different panel.
The UKU Local runs the heater from the wall panel. The UKU Wi-Fi adds the phone app, so the room can be hot when you get home. Local comes in black or thermo-ash wood. Wi-Fi adds black glass, mirror and gold.
The control unit itself mounts outside the hot room, and the panel goes on the wall where you want it. HUUM's manual sets the cable runs, and the cables it needs are in the box.
The circuit
25 amps at 240 volts
The CORE 6 draws 25 amps at 240 volts, and HUUM's manual calls for a 30 amp breaker on 10 AWG cable. It is hardwired, not plugged in.
A sauna heater is a continuous load, so the National Electrical Code can call for a larger breaker and heavier conductors than the manual's figure, and local amendments differ. Your licensed electrician sizes the circuit and pulls the permit. On this model HUUM's breaker figure is below what the Code's continuous-load rule gives for its rated current, so your electrician and inspector decide the breaker and cable, and they may be larger than HUUM's figure.
At 208 volts HUUM gives 21.63 amps and 30 amps.

Delivery
How the package arrives
The heater ships palletized by freight. The carrier calls to book a window, someone has to sign for it, and the handover is curbside rather than inside, so plan on two people to move it. The stone travels in its own boxes, 3 of them at 33 pounds each, and the control comes in its own carton. They can arrive on different days.
Shipping is free to the contiguous 48 states. We do not ship HUUM to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico. Buying the stone inside a package is what keeps it free; ordered on its own it is charged per box.
Lead time runs about 7 to 14 days from order. Inspect the pallet before you sign, note any damage on the delivery paperwork, and tell us within 48 hours of delivery if anything is damaged, with photographs, so we can file the claim. One. HUUM's manual calls for a 30 amp breaker on 10 AWG cable, hardwired by a licensed electrician.
Is the stone included, and is it enough?
Yes. HUUM gives the stone capacity as 88.2 lb (40 kg), and stone comes in 33 pound boxes, so the package carries 3. Fill the heater as the manual shows: a sparsely filled stone bed is a fire hazard, and the heater must not be switched on until it is properly filled.
Can I install it myself?
The heater is hardwired, so a licensed electrician makes the connection. Doing it yourself puts the warranty at risk and usually fails inspection.
Is the CORE 6 listed for use in the United States?
It is listed by SGS, not by UL. SGS North America is on OSHA's list of nationally recognized testing laboratories, and it lists the CORE 6 for the United States and Canada under certificate SGSNA/25/SUW/00121X, to UL 60335-1, CAN/CSA C22.2 No. 60335-1, CAN/CSA E60335-2-53 and IEC 60335-2-53. The listing applies on the conditions SGS records against it: the heater is powered and controlled by a certified controller and the wiring to that controller follows the National Electrical Code. Inspectors differ on what they ask to see for a sauna heater, so check with yours before you buy. We can send you the SGS directory record for it.
What warranty comes with the package?
HUUM's heater warranty runs 3 years in a private sauna and 1 year in commercial use. Heating elements are excluded, which is why we stock them as service parts, and we file any claim for you.
Does the stone ship free with the package?
Yes, to the contiguous 48 states. Inside a package the stone carries no shipping charge; ordered on its own it is charged per box. We do not ship HUUM to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico.
