How does delivery work?
How does delivery work?
Free freight to the contiguous 48. Every Luraco chair ships from Luraco's factory in Arlington, Texas, as one large box on a pallet, about 380 to 410 pounds.
Curbside on the i9 Max Plus, Special Edition and Model 3. The carrier books a window, someone signs, and the chair is left at the curb, not carried inside. Luraco ships these in about 7 to 10 days. Our Premium In-Home Setup can bring it to your room.
White glove on the Billionaire and Royal. Included at no charge: a two-person team brings the chair to your room, assembles it and removes the packaging.
What we need from you. Two phone numbers and a note on any stairs on the way in, which we ask for after you order.
If it arrives damaged. Note it on the paperwork before signing, photograph it, and tell us within 48 hours. Refuse a crushed or punctured carton and call us while the driver is there.
What does the warranty cover?
What does the warranty cover?
Home use: 5 years parts, 3 years in-home labor, 10 years leather. Luraco's own coverage on every chair we sell, with proof of purchase.
Commercial use: written cover. 1 year on parts, the first 6 months with labor, and 1 year on the leather. Tell us before you order for a gym, clinic, spa or office.
Extended plan. Adds 2 years of labor for home use, so parts and labor both run 5 years. Add it beside Add to Cart and we register it with Luraco. Not offered for commercial use.
How a claim works. Call Luraco with your receipt; Luraco troubleshoots by phone first, then sends in-home labor or a return authorization. If a claim stalls, we take it up for you.
Not covered. Misuse, unauthorized repairs, power surges, liquids, normal leather wear and cosmetic changes. Coverage stays with the first buyer at the first address.
What if I need to return it?
What if I need to return it?
30 days from delivery. On the i9 Max Plus and the Model 3 Hybrid SL. We handle it with Luraco, so you do not contact the manufacturer yourself.
What a return costs. A restocking fee of up to 5% may apply on a change of mind, and we waive it whenever we are not charged ourselves. You pay the return freight; we cover it when the cause is shipping damage or our error. We never deduct the original shipping from your refund.
Condition. As new, in the original box with all parts. Luraco refunds a chair only in its original packaging.
Personalized editions are final sale. The Special Edition, Billionaire and Royal are built with your name, and Luraco does not take personalized chairs back. A fault is still covered by the warranty.
Damaged on arrival is different. Note it on the delivery paperwork, photograph it and tell us within 48 hours. A documented freight claim carries no restocking fee and no return freight.

The Luraco i9 Max Plus Billionaire Edition massage chair: two 3D engines, your photo on the remote and Level II software
The Billionaire Edition is the twin engine i9 made around one owner. On top of the Special Edition's two 3D engines, backup power and name, the remote opens on the owner's photo and Luraco's Level II software lets them customize how the chair performs in every auto mode. White glove delivery to the room you choose, assembled, comes with it at no charge.
The software
Level II
Luraco's special embedded software build for customizing the auto modes.
The welcome screen
Your photo
The remote's start screen shows the owner's picture.
The mechanics
2 engines
Two 3D roller engines and 18 motors on the 60 inch Split L-Track, with battery backup.
It is aimed at a buyer who wants the twin engine i9 set up around one owner, or a chair given to someone with their name and photo on it.
Because Luraco makes each one with the owner's name and picture, it is final sale; the warranty is the same as on every i9 Max Plus. Luraco builds it to order; the buy box shows an estimated delivery date and we confirm the exact date with you once Luraco schedules the build and the white glove team.
Sizing and room
Luraco i9 Max Plus Billionaire Edition massage chair size, user range and floor plan
Luraco rates it for users from 4'7" to 6'10" and up to 300 pounds. The reclined length sizes the room.
| User height and weight | 4'7" to 6'10", 300 lb maximum |
|---|---|
| Seat | 22 inches between the sides |
| Sitting up | 65 in long, 38 in wide, 48 in tall |
| Laid flat | 87 in long, 38 in wide, 47 in tall |
| Recline | 120 to 170 degrees |
| Gap to walls | Backrest 12 in, front 36 in, either armrest 18 in |

Turning the clearances into a floor plan
From the i9 manual's clearances: 12 inches from wall to backrest, 87 of reclined chair, then 36 clear in front: 135 inches, roughly 11 feet 3. Side to side, 18 plus 38 plus 18 is 74 inches when walls stand on both sides, and 56 if one side faces open floor.
Doors and stairs
The box rides on a 71 by 34 by 70 inch pallet and is opened where the truck sets it down. Footrest and armrests travel loose, so only the main body must fit through doorways and stair turns. Luraco publishes no size for that body: send us your tightest door width and we confirm it with Luraco before the chair ships.
The massage
Luraco i9 Max Plus Billionaire Edition massage chair mechanics: twin 3D engines on one track
The massage hardware is the Special Edition's, part for part.
A 60 inch Split L-Track
The roller path runs from the neck down the backrest and on beneath the seat. Patent US 10,849,819 covers guide rails shaped to that curve that divide at the pivot, so the rollers pass through the bend. Our L-track vs SL-track vs S-track guide sets the three shapes side by side.
Two engines, 18 motors
Luraco fits two roller engines, sold as its 3D Butterfly Technology. Patent US 10,905,624 describes the mechanism: one motor turning a roller through an angled shaft so it moves in a three dimensional orbit. With a pair, Luraco says the chair works the full back, neck and shoulders at the same moment. For what the 3D label means, read 2D vs 3D vs 4D massage chairs.
Air, rollers and stretching
Fifty two air cells surround the frame. Rollers reach the arms, hands, calves and soles, with tripled foot rollers and Achilles nodes at the heel; the shoulder and bicep pads slide to a new height on a knob. Powered actuators draw the hands and arms into a stretch (patent pending, per Luraco), alongside a body twist, zero gravity recline and a spinal and foot stretch.
Heat and control
Heaters sit at the lower back, hands and feet, at 5 settings, and Warm Chair keeps the upholstery warm between massages; see our heated massage chairs. Intensity runs in 5 steps over 6 zones, sessions last 5 to 30 minutes, 20 by default, and the touchscreen remote updates over WiFi.
Checks before ordering
Luraco i9 Max Plus Billionaire Edition: what to settle before ordering
The first two are fixed once Luraco starts the build. The rest are easier settled before the delivery team arrives.
- The nameUp to 20 characters, typed into the required owner's name field above Add to Cart, for the keypad screen and the leather tag. We confirm the spelling with you before Luraco builds
- The photoA JPG or PNG for the remote's welcome screen. Email it to us after you order
- The outletA grounded three pin socket on an ordinary 120 volt household circuit. If the plug does not fit, Luraco says to have an electrician fit a proper outlet; never modify the plug
- The way inMeasure the narrowest door and stair turn on the route, send us the width, and tell us how many flights of stairs there are
- The spotA level, dry indoor floor, clear of pools, bathrooms and strong sun, in a run of 135 by 74 inches, or 56 wide with one side open. The manual says not to slide the chair over wood or carpet, so place it once
Tight doorway? Send us the width before you order and we check it with Luraco; only the main body has to pass. The same frame runs through all our Luraco massage chairs.
Construction and software
How Luraco builds the i9 Max Plus Billionaire Edition, and what the Level II software adds
Luraco designs, engineers and assembles the chair in Arlington, Texas, from US and global components, the qualification printed on its own badge. This edition is made per order.
Software Customization, Level II
Luraco calls it Software Customization (Level II Package): a special version of the embedded software on the keypad, motherboard and daughter boards that, in Luraco's words, lets the owner customize the chair's performance in all auto modes. The Special Edition does not have it.
The picture and the name
Luraco's manual says the Billionaire and Royal remotes show the owner's photo on the start screen. The name is programmed into the remote as well, and a leather tag on the headrest repeats it.

Backup power and the four patents
A built in rechargeable battery supplies Luraco's patented emergency backup power, which restores the chair to its original position for the user to get out if power is lost; US 10,849,819 and US 10,905,624 both claim it. Luraco gives no battery capacity. A box lined with sound absorbing material encloses the compressor and air valves, under US 10,724,549. With the Split L-Track and the 3D roller mechanism, that makes four patented features. Luraco covers the whole chair in what it calls automotive leather.

Electricity cost
Luraco i9 Max Plus Billionaire Edition running cost, worked out
The rating plate allows 200 W at most, which is 0.2 kilowatts. The price input is 18.34 cents per kilowatt hour, the June 2026 US residential average in the EIA's Electric Power Monthly.
Per session
1.8 cents
Thirty minutes, the manual's ceiling, uses 0.1 kilowatt hours at full draw.
Per month
$0.55
One session a day for 30 days: 3 kilowatt hours.
Per year
$6.69
One session a day for 365 days: 36.5 kilowatt hours.
As 200 W is a ceiling, real bills sit at or below these. Luraco gives Warm Chair no wattage of its own; even at 200 W, an hour of it is about 3.7 cents.

The Luraco i9 Max Plus Royal Edition adds finish: an 18K gold name plate Luraco calls solid gold, and gold plated trims and roller arms. The Luraco i9 Max Plus runs one engine and is returnable; the Luraco Model 3 Hybrid SL shares the track but fixes its armrests.
All five Luraco chairs are in our massage chairs and zero gravity massage chairs collections.
Warranty
Luraco i9 Max Plus Billionaire Edition massage chair warranty, for a home and for a business
Cover is identical across the i9 Max Plus editions. Final sale affects returns only.
| In a home | Parts 5 years; labor at your address 3 years; leather 10 years, "Guaranteed No Tearing" |
|---|---|
| In a business | Parts 1 year; service 6 months; leather 1 year |
| Ownership | First buyer, first address; tell Luraco before moving |
| Exclusions | Surges, spills, animal damage, cracked remote screens; charges possible if a technician finds nothing wrong |
The extended warranty row in the buy box adds Luraco's own plan, for home use only. Two extra years bring labor to 5 years, level with the 5 years of parts; we register the plan with Luraco for you within its 90 day window. Gyms, spas, clinics and offices get the business terms, without the plan. Luraco excludes normal wear on the leather, so read the 10 year figure as cover against tearing.
Making a claim
Phone Luraco's customer service, on the number in the manual, with proof of purchase. Troubleshooting by phone comes first; then, for home use, in-home labor through year three, or a return authorization number that sends the chair to a service center. Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico fall outside in-home service. The full wording is on our Luraco warranty policy page.
Listings
The chair is cULus listed to UL 1647 (UL file E340228). With the FDA, Luraco is registered as a manufacturer and the chair is listed as a Class I therapeutic massager, which is a registration and not an endorsement.
Buyer FAQ
Luraco i9 Max Plus Billionaire Edition: buyer questions, answered
Which features does the Luraco i9 Max Plus Billionaire Edition add over the Special Edition?
The owner's picture on the remote's welcome screen, the Level II package for customizing the auto modes, and white glove delivery, assembled in your room, at no charge. Engines, motors, backup power, the name and the wrist cuff are shared.
What can Level II software change on the Luraco i9 Max Plus Billionaire Edition?
Luraco describes a special build of the embedded software on the keypad, motherboard and daughter boards that opens customization of all auto modes. It publishes no settings list, so ask us about a specific adjustment and we will raise it with Luraco first.
Can the Luraco i9 Max Plus Billionaire Edition be returned?
No. It is made per order with the owner's name and picture, and Luraco's policy is that chairs with special personalization orders cannot be returned. The warranty applies in full.
How does my photo get onto the Luraco i9 Max Plus Billionaire Edition remote?
Email us a JPG or PNG after you order, and we pass it to Luraco with the owner's name before the build. It appears on the remote's welcome screen.
When will the Luraco i9 Max Plus Billionaire Edition arrive?
Luraco builds it to order; the buy box shows an estimated delivery date and we confirm the exact date with you once Luraco schedules the build and the white glove team. White glove delivery to the lower 48 is part of the order, and someone has to be there to sign.
Who fits in the Luraco i9 Max Plus Billionaire Edition?
Users from 4'7" to 6'10" with a 300 pound limit, per Luraco, on a 22 inch seat. The leg rest extends up to 8 inches by itself.
How much space does the Luraco i9 Max Plus Billionaire Edition take?
Reclined, 87 by 38 inches. With the manual's clearances, allow 135 inches front to back and 74 across between walls, or 56 if one side is open. Only the main body goes through doorways; send us your tightest door width and we confirm it with Luraco.
How much power does the Luraco i9 Max Plus Billionaire Edition draw, and what will it cost to run?
Any grounded 120 volt household socket will do; the plate rating is 200 W maximum at 120 V AC, 60 Hz. Half an hour a day comes to about $0.55 a month at full draw, priced at the EIA's June 2026 residential average of 18.34 cents per kilowatt hour.
What warranty comes with the Luraco i9 Max Plus Billionaire Edition?
At home: parts 5 years, in-home labor 3, leather 10 against tearing. In a business: parts 1 year, service 6 months, leather 1 year. Luraco's home-only extended plan, an option in the buy box, stretches labor to 5 years, and we register it for you. We can email the terms and manual before you buy.
Is the Luraco i9 Max Plus Billionaire Edition assembled when it arrives?
Yes, in your room. Footrest, armrests and remote ship beside the main body, and the included white glove team carries the chair to the room you choose, assembles it and takes every piece of packaging away, at no charge.
One last thing
