How does delivery work?
How does delivery work?
Free to the contiguous 48. Every Power Plate model we sell ships free within the contiguous 48 states.
How it arrives. The pro and my series platforms travel by freight; the MOVE, the Personal Power Plate and the REV travel by a carrier Power Plate selects. These are heavy machines, so plan for someone to be there to receive the delivery and sign for it.
Check your access first. Power Plate's manuals say never to lift or move a platform without assistance, and its dealer terms include no inside delivery or placement. Check door widths, steps and turns between the delivery point and the room, and ask us before you order if you need the machine carried inside.
When it ships. Power Plate publishes a lead time of usually within 4 weeks and treats every shipping date as an estimate. We confirm your delivery date once the order is placed and pass on the carrier's appointment details as soon as we have them. If a date does not work, tell us straight away.
Where it ships. Free shipping covers the contiguous 48 states. Power Plate charges extra for Alaska, Hawaii and Canada, so those are quoted case by case: contact us before ordering.
If it arrives damaged. Check the shipment with the driver still there, write any damage on the delivery receipt before you sign, and photograph the packaging and the machine. Then call us the same day and we handle the carrier claim. Power Plate's manuals say never to run a machine that has been dropped, tipped over or damaged until an authorized Power Plate service professional has checked it.
What does the warranty cover?
What does the warranty cover?
Coverage by model. pro8, my8, pro5, pro5HP, my5 and MOVE: 3 years on hardware, 1 year on electronics, 1 year on labor. REV: 2 years on the frame and gearbox, 1 year on electronics, 6 months on wear parts. Personal Power Plate: 1 year on hardware, electronics and labor.
From the date of purchase. Keep your order confirmation. The terms cover machines bought, delivered and used in the United States.
What is covered. A machine Power Plate finds defective as a result of manufacturing. Power Plate chooses whether to repair it, replace it or refund the purchase price, and that is the remedy the warranty gives.
What is not. Faults caused by improper use, storage or handling, by not maintaining the machine with reasonable care, or by abnormal conditions including abuse, neglect or catastrophe.
Two things void it. The pro8 and my8 manuals say pulling the proMOTION cables past the colored line voids the warranty, and that unauthorized changes or maintenance could void it. There are no user serviceable parts inside, so any service goes to an authorized Power Plate service professional.
Business use. Power Plate's terms limit the warranty to machines bought for resale or for use in that business. How that applies to a particular gym, studio or clinic is something we confirm with Power Plate before you order, so ask us first.
Who handles it. Performance Health Systems, the company behind Power Plate, is the warrantor and we handle every claim for you. Call (888) 500-5675 with your order number, model, serial number and photographs.
What if I need to return it?
What if I need to return it?
30 days from delivery. The machine must be in new condition with all its accessories. Any damage to the machine while it was in your hands may be deducted from the refund, so keep the packaging until you are sure you are keeping it.
What a return costs. A restocking fee may apply: 15 percent of the purchase price on an opened machine and 5 percent on one still unopened in its packaging. The free shipping on your original order is never deducted.
Who pays the freight. You do on a change of mind. Power Plate's refund policy says its My Series and Pro Series platforms must be delivered, installed and picked up by Power Plate authorized partners if returned, so we arrange it and give you the return freight figure before the pickup is booked.
When the cause is ours. If it is shipping damage or an error on our side, we cover the return and nothing is deducted, and no restocking fee applies to documented freight damage.
Damaged on arrival. A different and faster process. Note it on the delivery receipt before signing, photograph the packaging and the machine, and call us the same day. We handle the carrier claim.
Cancelling before it ships. No fee before we place the order with Power Plate. After that an administrative fee of up to 5 percent may apply, we waive it whenever we are not charged, and there is no fee at all if we miss the ship date we gave you.
Accessories, and how to start. Same 30 day window, but Power Plate accepts accessories back only unopened and unused. Call (888) 500-5675; a Return Authorization number is required before anything goes back.

An exercise bike with a vibration lever
The Power Plate REV vibration exercise bike
The REV is a belt drive exercise bike with Power Plate's VibeShift gearbox. You ride it like any indoor bike, and a lever on the handlebar mount shifts it from a standard ride to one where vibration comes up through the pedals.
At the back of the frame sits an aluminum flywheel, with six resistance levels. Up front, an LED display reads out heart rate, cadence and watts. The saddle and bars move up, down, forward and back, and you choose between two seat height versions and two finishes, matte black or wood. Riders up to 330 lb are covered.

No owner's manual for the REV is publicly available, so this video is the closest thing to Power Plate's own operating guide. Ask us if anything in it is unclear.
Before you order
Where the REV goes
Measure the spot first. The REV takes up 23.8 inches of width and 53.9 inches of depth, and you need room beside it to swing a leg over the saddle.
The footprint
Power Plate lists those two figures as the bike's width and depth. Power Plate gives no overall height for the bike, so if headroom over a riding position is a concern, give us the ceiling height and we will look at it with you.
Moving it
On its own the REV weighs 121.2 lb, and the sell sheet shows transport wheels on the front of the base. Plan for help getting it through doorways and up any steps.
What Power Plate has not published
We have found no publicly available owner's manual for the REV. The sell sheets and Power Plate's product page are the technical sources, and the download Power Plate offers as detailed instructions opens a sell sheet. So there is no manufacturer guidance on floor type, clearance around the bike, room temperature or humidity, cleaning, assembly or safety rules. If one of those decides whether the REV works for you, ask us before you order and we will put the question to Power Plate and share its written reply.
Who it suits
Who the REV fits, and who should ask a doctor first
Power Plate rates the REV for riders between about 61 and 84.6 inches tall (155 to 215 cm) and up to 330 lb (150 kg). Your height decides which seat height version you order.
Power Plate's store splits the Standard Height and Extra Height versions by rider height, as the comparison below shows. If two riders of very different heights will share it, check both against the two seat ranges there.
Power Plate's health guidance is written for its vibration plates, not the REV. Its physician reviewed guidance reads: “You should not use a vibration plate without your doctor’s approval if you: Are pregnant; Have a pacemaker or implanted medical device; Have cardiovascular disease, uncontrolled high blood pressure, or serious heart conditions; Have had recent surgery, especially joint replacements or spinal procedures; Have deep vein thrombosis (DVT), blood clots, or clotting disorders.” No list covers every condition, so your own doctor decides.
Before your first ride
With no REV manual to quote, we cannot give you Power Plate's own rules for riding it, so ask us any safety question and we will get the answer from Power Plate in writing. The vibration has its own engagement lever, so the REV also rides as a standard exercise bike with it switched off.
Our own advice, not Power Plate's: see a physician before you begin any new exercise program, follow the instructions and labels that come with the bike, and if you feel faint, dizzy, short of breath or in pain, stop riding and speak to a doctor.
How it works
How the vibration works on the REV
VibeShift is Power Plate's name for the system. Vibration reaches you through the pedals, and Power Plate says your pedaling sets it in motion.
A belt carries the drive back to an aluminum flywheel at the rear of the frame, with the VibeShift gearbox built into that drive. The switch is a vibration engagement lever under the handlebars: in the sell sheet's words, “a press of the lever shifts the mode from standard to full-on vibration.” The display then shows whether vibration is on or off.
Resistance and vibration are separate
Resistance has its own lever next to the vibration lever, with six levels. Power Plate lists the two as separate controls, and the display reports resistance level and vibration status as separate readings.
No frequency figure
Power Plate gives no frequency, amplitude or g force figure for the REV, and nothing on how the vibration changes with cadence, so this page sticks to what Power Plate has put in writing.
Fitting the bike to you
Seat, handlebars and the two seat heights
The seat and the handlebars both adjust vertically and fore and aft. The seat uses two levers, and the bars use a height lever and a forward and back toggle, so the REV can be set for one rider and reset quickly for the next.
- Seat height. A seat height adjustment lever on the seat post. On the Standard Height REV the seat runs from about 36.3 to 41.2 inches (92 to 104.5 cm); on the Extra Height REV, from about 37.8 to 42.9 inches (96 to 109 cm). Power Plate's sell sheet calls this version Extended Height.
- Seat fore and aft. A separate lever slides the saddle forward or back along a numbered rail.
- Handlebar height. A handlebar height adjustment lever on the front post. The bars sit between about 44.9 and 47.3 inches (114 to 120 cm), one range given for both versions.
- Handlebar forward and back. A toggle under the handlebar mount moves the bars toward you or away from you, again along a numbered scale.
The numbered scales on the rails let you note your settings and return to them after someone else has ridden.
Pedals
Power Plate's current sell sheet, dated February 2025, lists two sets of pedals as included: a dual sided pedal with SPD and toe cage, and Vectus Fitness pedals with True Release Technology. Power Plate's website and its earlier sheets list only the dual sided pedal. We confirm which pedals ship with your order before it leaves.
The display
The REV's LED display and controls
An LED display sits above the handlebars, with the resistance and vibration levers on the mount beneath it.
Power Plate lists what the display shows:
- Heart rate, live and average
- RPM, live and average
- Watts, live and average
- Speed, distance and calories
- Resistance level and vibration on or off
- Elapsed time and a Bluetooth indicator
The sell sheet also lists a built in heart rate calculator, but it does not say which heart rate sensor the display reads or what the Bluetooth link pairs with, and no chest strap or sensor is listed as included. There are no built in workout programs on Power Plate's REV documents: you ride, and you set resistance and vibration yourself. The sheet points riders to the Power Plate App for training tips and workouts, without saying the app connects to the bike.
Putting the REV in a gym or health club
Power Plate calls the REV commercial grade and says it is built to hold up in health clubs and elite sports training, and quick saddle and bar changes help when many riders share one bike. Buying several for a club, a team or a hotel? Finishes and what you get
Matte black or wood finish
The REV comes in matte black or a wood finish, and each finish comes in both seat height versions, which makes four versions in all.
Power Plate's price list gives the wood finish its own part numbers with the same warranty terms and the same two seat heights as matte black. The sell sheet's specification table was written before the wood finish, so Power Plate has no separate specification for it; ask us if a detail of the wood version matters to you.
In the box
The pedals are the only item Power Plate's documents list as included, and there is no parts list. Ask us before you order if you need to know exactly what arrives.
Looking after it
There is no cleaning or maintenance schedule from Power Plate for the REV. Its warranty separates the frame and gearbox from the electronics and from wear parts, but it does not say which parts are wear parts. Ask us for Power Plate's guidance before you service anything on the bike.

Standard Height vs Extra Height Power Plate REV
Seat height is the one choice that changes how the REV fits you. Here is what separates the two versions, from Power Plate's sell sheet and price list.

Which one fits
The Extra Height seat range starts 1.5 inches higher and ends 1.7 inches higher than the Standard range, while the handlebar range is given once for both. Power Plate lists the REV as requiring assembly and gives no assembly steps, so before you order, ask us how the bike arrives and whether you want help assembling it or bringing it indoors. On the REV, Power Plate's published US limited warranty covers the frame and gearbox for 2 years, the electronics (listed as the display) for 1 year and wear parts for 6 months, on bikes bought, delivered and used in the United States.
