Power Plate Shipping Policy

Every Power Plate model we sell ships free to the contiguous 48 states. The pro and my series platforms travel by freight; the MOVE, the Personal Power Plate and the REV travel by a carrier Power Plate selects. How it arrives. The platforms are heavy machines: the pro8 weighs 373 lb and the my8 245 lb before packaging. Every order ships from Power Plate on a carrier it selects, so plan for someone to be there to receive the delivery and sign for it.

Scheduling your delivery. We confirm your delivery date once the order is placed with Power Plate, and we pass on the carrier's appointment details as soon as we have them. If a date does not work for you, tell us straight away so we can ask for another.

Measure your access first. Power Plate's manuals say never to lift or move a platform without assistance, so plan for help, and check door widths, steps and turns between the delivery point and the room. Power Plate's dealer terms include no inside delivery or placement. If you need the machine carried inside, ask us before you order and we will confirm what is available at your address.

Where it ships to. Free shipping covers the contiguous 48 states. Power Plate charges extra for Alaska, Hawaii and Canada, so those are quoted case by case: contact us before ordering.

Inspect before you sign. Check the shipment with the driver still there, write any damage on the delivery receipt before you sign, and photograph the packaging and the machine. Then call us the same day and we handle the carrier claim. Power Plate's manuals say never to run a machine that has been dropped, tipped over or damaged until an authorized Power Plate service professional has checked it.

Lead times. Power Plate publishes a lead time of usually within 4 weeks and treats every shipping date as an estimate. We confirm the position for your order rather than promising a date we cannot control, so if you are working to a deadline, ask us first.
