Power Plate Warranty Policy

Performance Health Systems, the company behind Power Plate, warrants its machines against defects in material and workmanship under normal use. Its terms cover machines bought, delivered and used in the United States, and cover runs from the date of purchase, so keep your order confirmation. We handle every claim for you.

Coverage by model.

  • pro8, my8, pro5, pro5HP, my5 and MOVE: 3 years on hardware, 1 year on electronics, 1 year on labor.
  • REV: 2 years on the frame and gearbox, 1 year on electronics, 6 months on wear parts.
  • Personal Power Plate: 1 year on hardware, 1 year on electronics, 1 year on labor.

What is covered. A machine Power Plate finds defective as a result of manufacturing. Power Plate chooses whether to repair it, replace it or refund the purchase price, and that is the remedy the warranty gives. Power Plate does not take responsibility for delays in a replacement.

What is not. Faults caused by improper use, storage or handling, by not maintaining the machine with reasonable care, or by abnormal conditions, including abuse, neglect or catastrophe.

Two things void it. The pro8 and my8 manuals say pulling the proMOTION cables past the colored line voids the warranty, and that unauthorized changes or maintenance could void it. There are no user serviceable parts inside, so any service or repair goes to an authorized Power Plate service professional.

Business use. For business buyers, Power Plate's terms limit the warranty to machines bought for resale or for use in that business. How that applies to a particular gym, studio or clinic is something we confirm with Power Plate before you order, so ask us first.

Register your machine. Power Plate asks owners to register, and we send you its registration link with your order.

How to make a claim. Call (888) 500-5675 or email sales@recoveryroomdirect.com with your order number, the model and its serial number, photographs or a short video of the fault, and a note of how the machine is used. We handle the claim with Power Plate for you.
