Power Plate Return Policy
If a Power Plate machine is not right for you, you have 30 days from delivery to return it. All return communication is handled by our team at Recovery Room Direct. You do not need to contact Power Plate yourself.
Condition required. New condition, with all its accessories. Any damage to the machine while it was in your hands may be deducted from the refund, so keep the packaging until you are sure you are keeping it.
How to start a return. Call (888) 500-5675 or email sales@recoveryroomdirect.com with your order number. A Return Authorization number is required before anything goes back, and product returned without one can be refused.
What a return costs. A restocking fee may apply: 15% of the purchase price on an opened machine and 5% on one still unopened in its packaging. The free shipping on your original order is never deducted.
Who pays the freight. You do on a change of mind. Power Plate's refund policy says its My Series and Pro Series platforms "must be delivered, installed, and picked-up by Power Plate authorized partners if returned." Its list names the my5, pro5 and pro7 series, and we confirm the arrangement for your model when you start the return. We arrange it and give you the return freight figure before the pickup is booked. When the cause is shipping damage or an error on our side, we cover the return and nothing is deducted.
Damaged on arrival is a different, faster process. Note it on the delivery receipt before signing, photograph the packaging and the machine, and call us the same day. We handle the carrier claim, and no restocking fee applies to documented freight damage.
Cancelling before it ships. Call us as early as you can. Before we place the order with Power Plate there is no fee. After that an administrative fee of up to 5% may apply; we waive it whenever we are not charged, and there is no fee at all if we miss the ship date we gave you. Once it has shipped it becomes a return.
Accessories. Same 30 day window, but Power Plate accepts accessories back only unopened and unused.
