How does delivery work?
Free to the contiguous 48. Every Power Plate model we sell ships free within the contiguous 48 states.
How it arrives. The pro and my series platforms travel by freight; the MOVE, the Personal Power Plate and the REV travel by a carrier Power Plate selects. These are heavy machines, so plan for someone to be there to receive the delivery and sign for it.
Check your access first. Power Plate's manuals say never to lift or move a platform without assistance, and its dealer terms include no inside delivery or placement. Check door widths, steps and turns between the delivery point and the room, and ask us before you order if you need the machine carried inside.
When it ships. Power Plate publishes a lead time of usually within 4 weeks and treats every shipping date as an estimate. We confirm your delivery date once the order is placed and pass on the carrier's appointment details as soon as we have them. If a date does not work, tell us straight away.
Where it ships. Free shipping covers the contiguous 48 states. Power Plate charges extra for Alaska, Hawaii and Canada, so those are quoted case by case: contact us before ordering.
If it arrives damaged. Check the shipment with the driver still there, write any damage on the delivery receipt before you sign, and photograph the packaging and the machine. Then call us the same day and we handle the carrier claim. Power Plate's manuals say never to run a machine that has been dropped, tipped over or damaged until an authorized Power Plate service professional has checked it.
What does the warranty cover?

Coverage by model. pro8, my8, pro5, pro5HP, my5 and MOVE: 3 years on hardware, 1 year on electronics, 1 year on labor. REV: 2 years on the frame and gearbox, 1 year on electronics, 6 months on wear parts. Personal Power Plate: 1 year on hardware, electronics and labor.
From the date of purchase. Keep your order confirmation. The terms cover machines bought, delivered and used in the United States.
What is covered. A machine Power Plate finds defective as a result of manufacturing. Power Plate chooses whether to repair it, replace it or refund the purchase price, and that is the remedy the warranty gives.
What is not. Faults caused by improper use, storage or handling, by not maintaining the machine with reasonable care, or by abnormal conditions including abuse, neglect or catastrophe.
Two things void it. The pro8 and my8 manuals say pulling the proMOTION cables past the colored line voids the warranty, and that unauthorized changes or maintenance could void it. There are no user serviceable parts inside, so any service goes to an authorized Power Plate service professional.
Business use. Power Plate's terms limit the warranty to machines bought for resale or for use in that business. How that applies to a particular gym, studio or clinic is something we confirm with Power Plate before you order, so ask us first.
Who handles it. Performance Health Systems, the company behind Power Plate, is the warrantor and we handle every claim for you. Call (888) 500-5675 with your order number, model, serial number and photographs.
What if I need to return it?

30 days from delivery. The machine must be in new condition with all its accessories. Any damage to the machine while it was in your hands may be deducted from the refund, so keep the packaging until you are sure you are keeping it.
What a return costs. A restocking fee may apply: 15 percent of the purchase price on an opened machine and 5 percent on one still unopened in its packaging. The free shipping on your original order is never deducted.
Who pays the freight. You do on a change of mind. Power Plate's refund policy says its My Series and Pro Series platforms must be delivered, installed and picked up by Power Plate authorized partners if returned, so we arrange it and give you the return freight figure before the pickup is booked.
When the cause is ours. If it is shipping damage or an error on our side, we cover the return and nothing is deducted, and no restocking fee applies to documented freight damage.
Damaged on arrival. A different and faster process. Note it on the delivery receipt before signing, photograph the packaging and the machine, and call us the same day. We handle the carrier claim.
Cancelling before it ships. No fee before we place the order with Power Plate. After that an administrative fee of up to 5 percent may apply, we waive it whenever we are not charged, and there is no fee at all if we miss the ship date we gave you.
Accessories, and how to start. Same 30 day window, but Power Plate accepts accessories back only unopened and unused. Call (888) 500-5675; a Return Authorization number is required before anything goes back.

The MOVE Stability Bar, with its mounting plate and device holder
The MOVE Stability Bar is a twin upright column with a looped handlebar that bolts to a Power Plate MOVE on its own mounting plate, so there is something solid to hold while you work standing up.
Power Plate's reason for it is balance: the bar "provides extra stability when doing balance exercises, stretches, squats, and other standing workouts." Built into the handlebar is a mobile device holder, so "you can watch and follow along to the hundreds of free exercise videos included on the Power Plate App." Assembly, Power Plate says, "just takes a few minutes."

Before you order
Which machines the MOVE Stability Bar fits, and which serial numbers
One machine, and not every one of them. Power Plate states that "these accessories are compatible only with the Power Plate MOVE", and adds that the "Stability Bar with Mounting Plate is compatible with the Power Plate MOVE units of serial number 77805286 or later."
Check your serial number first
If your Power Plate MOVE is new from us the serial number is well past that point, but an older machine may not be. Read it off the machine before you order, and call us if it is below 77805286. This bar does not fit the Personal Power Plate or any column model.
It cannot be used with the MOVE Power Shield
Power Plate states that "this product is not compatible with the MOVE Power Shield." If you want the handlebar and the isolation platform on the same machine, order the MOVE Stability Bar and Power Shield instead. In that kit the shield plate carries the column's mounting plate and the MOVE stands on the shield between the uprights, which is why the two standalone parts cannot be combined.
What the photographs show
Power Plate's photographs show the bar on a red MOVE with a tablet in the holder. Neither is included; we sell the MOVE in four finishes.

Which Power Plate machines does the MOVE Stability Bar fit?
The MOVE Stability Bar fits the Power Plate MOVE only. Power Plate states that "these accessories are compatible only with the Power Plate MOVE", so it is not a part for the Personal Power Plate, my5, my8, pro5, pro5HP, pro8 or REV. A serial number condition applies to the MOVE as well.
Does the MOVE Stability Bar fit every Power Plate MOVE?
No. Power Plate states that the "Stability Bar with Mounting Plate is compatible with the Power Plate MOVE units of serial number 77805286 or later." A MOVE bought new today is well past that number, but an older machine may not be, so read the serial number off your machine before you order and call us if it is below 77805286.
What comes with the MOVE Stability Bar?
Power Plate's parts list for the MOVE Stability Bar is the column, the mounting plate, the handle and the mobile device holder. The MOVE machine is not included, and neither is the tablet in Power Plate's photographs. Assembly "just takes a few minutes."
Can I use the MOVE Stability Bar with the MOVE Power Shield?
No. Power Plate states that the MOVE Stability Bar "is not compatible with the MOVE Power Shield." If you want both, Power Plate sells them as a single part, the MOVE Stability Bar and Power Shield, in which the shield doubles as the base the column bolts to.
Why is the MOVE in the photographs red?
Every photograph Power Plate publishes of the MOVE Stability Bar shows it on a red Power Plate MOVE, which is just the machine used for the shoot. The machine is not included, and we sell the MOVE in four finishes.
What does the MOVE Stability Bar weigh?
Power Plate publishes no weight or dimensions for the MOVE Stability Bar, so we publish none either. Ask us if you need a measured figure and we will put the question to Power Plate.
