Recovery Room Direct is an authorized dealer for Mueller Sports Medicine and ships Mueller REVIVE compression products directly from the manufacturer to your door. All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.
Free shipping. Mueller REVIVE products ship free via ground parcel (UPS or FedEx) to any address in the contiguous 48 U.S. states. Free shipping applies to all Mueller REVIVE orders — no minimum required.
Estimated delivery. Products ship from Mueller Sports Medicine’s warehouse in Prairie du Sac, Wisconsin. Standard transit takes 4–9 calendar days after fulfillment, depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Mueller REVIVE units are compact parcels — no freight appointment is required.
Inspect before you sign. Check your package carefully upon delivery. If the outer carton shows visible damage — tears, crushed corners, or dents — note it on the delivery receipt before signing and contact us within 48 hours with photos. Documenting damage at delivery protects your claim.

Return Policy
Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Mueller REVIVE compression system. If you’re not fully happy with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below. To start a return, contact us at (888) 500-5675 or sales@recoveryroomdirect.com — we’ll issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and guide you through the process. Do not ship anything back without an RMA — returns received without one will not be accepted.
Condition required. All returned items must be in unused, like-new condition with all original packaging, accessories, documentation, and components included. Products that show signs of use, wear, or are missing components are not eligible for return.
Restocking fee. A 15% restocking fee applies to all returned Mueller REVIVE products. This fee is deducted from your refund and covers manufacturer restocking and inspection costs.
Return shipping. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable carrier with insurance for the full value of the product. Recovery Room Direct is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.
Refund processing. Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days, less the 15% restocking fee. Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable.
Warranty claims. Mueller REVIVE products are covered by Mueller Sports Medicine’s manufacturer warranty. Warranty claims are handled separately from the return process — contact us and we’ll coordinate with the manufacturer on your behalf as an authorized dealer.

Mueller REVIVE M4 Console — 5-Mode Leg Compression with ReviveM App Control
The M4 Console is the control unit from the REVIVE M4 system, sold without the garment. It gives you the full M4 feature set — five named therapy modes, Bluetooth 4.2, ReviveM app, and Half Jacket compatibility — for buyers who already own a REVIVE garment or are adding a second console to an existing setup.
Requires a compatible Mueller REVIVE garment (Full Leg, Half Jacket, Calf Sleeve, or Arm Sleeve) to operate. See the M4 Gear Pack if you need the complete system.
The Full M4 Feature Set — Without the Bundled Garment
The M4 Console contains the full processing and Bluetooth unit from the REVIVE M4 Gear Pack. Every feature available in the Gear Pack is available here — the only difference is that the garment is sold separately.
5 Named Therapy Modes
Recover, Warm-Up, Isolation, Interval, and Custom — each with a specific compression protocol. Custom mode gives full parameter control per chamber: pressure, hold time, release timing, and cycle subtype.
ReviveM App via Bluetooth 4.2
Pair with the ReviveM app on iOS or Android for remote session control, live pressure monitoring, and saved custom protocols. App is optional — the console operates fully standalone without it.
Half Jacket Compatible
The M4 is the only REVIVE console compatible with the Half Jacket upper-leg sleeve, expanding treatment range to the hip and upper thigh. Also works with Full Leg, Calf Sleeve, and Arm Sleeve garments.
