Recovery Room Direct is an authorized dealer for Mueller Sports Medicine and ships Mueller REVIVE compression products directly from the manufacturer to your door. All orders are processed and fulfilled within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.
Estimated Delivery. Mueller REVIVE products ship via standard ground carriers (UPS or FedEx) from Mueller Sports Medicine's warehouse in Prairie du Sac, Wisconsin. Delivery typically arrives within 3–7 business days after fulfillment, depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Shipping Costs. Mueller REVIVE products ship at a calculated rate based on your location and order weight. Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Mueller Sports Medicine products are not eligible for the free shipping promotion that applies to select other RRD brands.
Freight Terms. All Mueller REVIVE orders ship FOB (Free on Board) from Prairie du Sac, WI. Title and risk of loss transfer to the buyer at the point of shipment. If your package arrives with visible exterior damage, please note the damage on the delivery receipt and contact us within 48 hours at (888) 500-5675 or sales@recoveryroomdirect.com.

Return Policy
Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Mueller REVIVE compression system. If you are not fully happy with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.
Return Window. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date. To begin a return, contact Recovery Room Direct at (888) 500-5675 or sales@recoveryroomdirect.com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.
Condition Requirement. All returned items must be in unused, like-new condition with all original packaging, accessories, documentation, and components included. Products that show signs of use, wear, or missing components will not be accepted for return.
Restocking Fee. A 15% restocking fee applies to all returned Mueller REVIVE products. This fee is deducted from your refund and covers manufacturer restocking and inspection costs.
Return Shipping. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method with insurance for the full value of the product. Recovery Room Direct is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit during the return shipment.
Refund Processing. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, less the 15% restocking fee and any applicable shipping costs. Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable.
Warranty Claims. Mueller REVIVE products are covered by Mueller Sports Medicine's manufacturer warranty. Warranty claims are handled separately from the return process. Contact us at (888) 500-5675 or sales@recoveryroomdirect.com to initiate a warranty claim.
