Free freight from Tampa, Florida. Your order ships free from Floridian Brand's Tampa facility by LTL freight carrier. Delivery to most addresses in the contiguous US takes 2 to 3 weeks from order confirmation, and you get tracking by email or text once it ships. Transit times are carrier estimates.
Curbside is the free option. The carrier contacts you to schedule a window and delivers to your curbside or main entry. Floridian Brand massage chairs ship fully assembled, so no tools or setup are required once in position, but moving the chair inside and room placement are not included. Plan to have help available, and someone must be present to sign.
Professional Setup and Assembly. For an additional fee, shown on the product page, a professional team brings the chair into your home, places it in the room of your choice, walks you through its features and removes all packaging. Add it before you check out or call us any time before your order ships. It may take slightly longer than standard curbside because of scheduling.
If it arrives damaged. Walk around the delivery and check every box before signing. Cosmetic damage can be accepted, but if a carton is punctured or crushed, refuse that item and call us on (888) 500-5675 while the driver is still there. Note the damage on the Bill of Lading, ask the driver to initial it, photograph it, and contact us within 48 hours. Once the damage is documented on the Bill of Lading we can file a valid freight claim and work with you to resolve it. Signing a clean delivery receipt limits the carrier's liability, and refusing for a reason other than damage, or without contacting us first, can make return freight your responsibility.
Where it ships. Free curbside delivery covers the contiguous 48 states. Alaska, Hawaii and other US territories are not available at standard checkout, so contact us before ordering. If your location has access challenges such as a narrow road, no truck access or a gated community, tell us before you order.

How long. Every Floridian Brand massage chair comes with a 2 year residential limited warranty covering manufacturing defects, with parts and labor included.
Commercial use. Covered for 6 months.
What is covered. Manufacturing defects in the steel frame, rollers, motors, boards, consoles, belts and power supply, repaired or replaced at the manufacturer's discretion. Coverage is non-transferable and applies to the original purchaser at the originally registered installation location.
What is not. Normal wear of those same moving and surface components (rollers, motors, airbags, tracks, belts, upholstery, leather, fabric, padding), misuse, unauthorized repairs, power surges, and liquid or environmental damage. Shipping damage is not a warranty defect; it is handled as a freight claim, which we manage.
Extended coverage. Floridian offers extended parts and labor coverage by the additional year, bought within 30 days of delivery and added one year at a time; requests after that window cannot be approved.
What if I need to return it?

14 days from delivery. This window is shorter than most of what we carry. The product must come back as new and unused in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals and components. Original packaging is required, and missing packaging may result in additional fees or rejection of the return. Anything assembled, modified or showing signs of use may not be accepted.
What a return costs. Floridian Brand may assess a restocking fee of 0 to 30 percent depending on the model and condition, determined upon inspection. On a change of mind you are responsible for the return freight, and the original shipping cost is not deducted from your refund. Refusing a delivery for a reason other than damage, or without contacting us first, can make return freight your responsibility.
Non-returnable items. Final sale and not eligible for return: personal care accessories for hygiene reasons, custom orders or non-standard colour configurations, model closeouts and discontinued items, floor models, gift cards, and any open box or clearance items. Professional Setup and Assembly fees are non-refundable once the service has been performed.
Damaged on arrival. A separate process, and you are protected. If damage was documented on the delivery paperwork before signing, contact us immediately with photos and we handle the freight claim. This is exactly why we ask you to inspect carefully before signing anything.
Cancelling before it ships. Before we submit your order to the manufacturer there is no fee. After we submit it but before it ships, an administrative fee of up to 5 percent may apply, and we waive it whenever we are not charged.
Warranty. The 2 year residential warranty covers manufacturing defects that arise after the 14 day return window. Contact us for warranty claims.
To start a return. Submit your request within 14 days of delivery by calling (888) 500-5675 with your order number and reason. On approval you receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number: write it clearly on the outside of every box and ship back within 7 days using a reputable carrier with tracking. Returns sent without a valid RMA will not be accepted.
