Floridian Brand Warranty Policy

Every Floridian Brand massage chair comes with a 2-year residential limited warranty covering manufacturing defects, with parts and labor included. Commercial use is covered for 6 months.

What's covered. Steel frame, rollers, motors, boards, consoles, belts and power supply — repair or replacement of covered components at the manufacturer's discretion.

What's not. Normal wear of moving and surface components (rollers, motors, airbags, tracks, belts, upholstery, leather, fabric, padding), misuse, unauthorized repairs, power surges, and liquid or environmental damage. Shipping damage isn't a warranty defect — it's handled as a freight claim, and we manage those for you.

Coverage is non-transferable and applies to the original purchaser at the originally registered installation location.

Extended coverage. Floridian offers extended parts-and-labor coverage at $450 per additional year, purchasable within 30 days of delivery and added one year at a time. Requests after that window can't be approved. Ask us when you order and we'll confirm the maximum available for your chair in writing.
