Floridian Brand Shipping Policy

Your order ships free from Floridian Brand’s Tampa, Florida facility via LTL freight carrier. Delivery to most addresses in the contiguous US takes 2–3 weeks from order confirmation. You’ll receive tracking information by email or text once your order has shipped.

Delivery options.
Curbside delivery (free): The freight carrier contacts you to schedule a delivery window and delivers your chair to your curbside or main entry. Floridian Brand massage chairs ship fully assembled — no tools or setup required once in position. Moving the chair inside your home and room placement are not included in standard delivery. Plan to have help available.
White Glove delivery (additional fee): A professional delivery team brings the chair into your home, places it in the room of your choice, walks you through its features, and removes all packaging. White Glove fees range from $350–$700 depending on your location. Contact us before your order ships to add this service: (888) 500-5675.

Scheduling your delivery. After your chair ships, the freight carrier will contact you directly to schedule a delivery appointment. Respond promptly — missed delivery attempts can result in terminal storage fees and delays. Someone must be present to sign for the delivery.

IMPORTANT — inspect before you sign. Walk around the delivery and check every box carefully before signing. Write “DAMAGED” on the paperwork if you see any tears, crushed corners, or visible damage. If damage is severe, refuse the delivery and call us immediately — we’ll work with you to resolve it. Signing a clean delivery receipt limits the carrier’s liability. Document any damage at the time of delivery to protect your claim.

Good to know. Free curbside delivery applies to the contiguous 48 US states. Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, or other US territories are not available at standard checkout — contact us before ordering for options. If your delivery location has access challenges (narrow road, no truck access, gated community), contact us before ordering. White Glove delivery may take slightly longer than standard curbside due to scheduling coordination. Address changes after shipment may incur carrier re-routing fees.
