Found it lower? We'll match it,before or after you buy. ?
Send us a link to the lower price. If it is the same model, new and in stock at an authorized U.S. online retailer, we match it. Already ordered? If it was lower on your order date, claim the difference within 30 days.
Excludes sale pricing, marketplace sellers and later price drops.
Free shipping to the contiguous 48. On every SunRay sauna, by freight from Richmond, Virginia. The estimate on each product page is in business days.
Freight to the curb. A kit of panels or barrel staves, in cartons on a pallet. The freight company calls to book a window, someone signs, and residential deliveries come on a lift gate truck. Plan for two or more people.
Hard to reach addresses. If a truck cannot reach you, a smaller vehicle may cost extra, and we tell you before the delivery is booked.
When it ships. In-stock saunas usually leave SunRay's warehouse within 1 to 2 business days of SunRay receiving the order, and you get a tracking email when it leaves.
If it arrives damaged. Note it on the delivery receipt before signing and photograph it. Refuse a punctured or crushed pallet and call us while the driver is there; for minor damage, call before the driver leaves. Report anything found after unpacking within 48 hours.
Where we ship. The contiguous 48 states. We do not ship SunRay to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico.
Not included: the electrical work and the assembly. A licensed electrician hardwires the Harvia heater on a traditional sauna to 240 V. Professional setup and assembly is available on the indoor saunas, and by quote on the others.
Structure: 10 years. The wooden panels, floor, ceiling and glass, from the original date of purchase, for the parts needed to repair a defect. If a structural defect cannot be fixed with a part, SunRay may send a replacement sauna; assembling it is then your cost.
Parts and electronics: 1 year. Every other part, including the heater and the electrical components. Parts replacement only: labor for fitting a part is not covered.
Not covered. Alteration, neglect, misuse, freight damage caused by the carrier, accidents and acts of God. Surface cracks and minor blemishes in the wood are natural, not defects. Report delivery damage within 48 hours, before assembly.
Two conditions decide most claims. Residential use only, because a commercial setting voids the warranty. And installed, run and maintained to the instructions: indoor saunas stay indoors, and an outdoor sauna without a weather cover needs its exterior resealed every year.
Who is covered. The original customer at the original delivery address. The warranty cannot be transferred.
Ask before a repair. Get SunRay's written consent before any repair you expect to be reimbursed. SunRay decides the cause of a fault and whether to repair or replace.
Who handles it. We are a factory-authorized SunRay dealer and file the claim for you. Call us with your order number, the model and photographs.
20 days from the ship date. New, unassembled and resalable; the ship date is in your tracking email. We handle the return, so you do not contact SunRay.
Unassembled means returnable. In its original packaging and crate with the manuals and accessories. A sauna that has been assembled, wired in or heated cannot go back.
What a return costs. A restocking fee of 20% of the purchase price may apply on a change-of-mind return. There is none on a documented freight damage claim.
Who pays the return freight. You do on a change of mind. We cover it when the cause is shipping damage or our error.
Original shipping. We never deduct the original shipping from your refund.
Damaged on arrival. A different and faster process. Note it before signing and photograph it. Refuse a punctured or crushed pallet and call us while the driver is there. Report anything found after unpacking within 48 hours.
Cancelling before it ships. No fee before we place the order with SunRay. After that an administrative fee of up to 5% may apply, and we waive it whenever we are not charged. If we miss our own ship date, you cancel with no fee.
To start a return. Call us for a Return Authorization number before anything ships back. Refunds go to the original payment method within 7 business days of the return being received and inspected.
The SunRay Logan is a modern 2 person outdoor infrared sauna with a flat roof
The Logan is SunRay's 200D6, the two seat model in its modern D6 series. Instead of a pitched roof it has a flat metal composite roof and a square cabin, 49.25 inches on each side, built in hemlock. Inside there are 73 inches of headroom, far-infrared heaters, interior and exterior LED lighting and Bluetooth sound. It heats to about 140 F and runs at 2,800 watts on a 240 V dedicated circuit. Pick it for a contemporary backyard or a modern house where a cabin with a gable would look out of place.

Watch

SunRay's own film of the Logan, a minute long, shot in portrait in the factory.
It walks around the gray cabin first: the flat roof with lights under its overhang and the full height glass door. Inside you see the infrared heaters glowing on the back and side walls, the heater along the front of the bench, the control panel, and the ceiling light panel and downlights.

Planning the roof
The roof covers 66 by 69 inches. If your spot is tight in one direction, allow 69 inches both ways.
The square plan is what sets the Logan apart from the pitched roof Burlington. The Burlington is wider than it is deep; the Logan is the same in both directions, with a little more floor and five more inches of ceiling.
The heat
Far-infrared heat in the SunRay Logan outdoor sauna
Far-infrared heaters in the walls and the bench support, a room that reaches about 140 F, and no stones or water anywhere in the cabin.
On the D6 series, one heater is built into the vertical bench support, which slides into slots on the side walls; the heater plugs connect inside the bench cavity. The wall heaters come fitted in their panels. SunRay's D6 manual allows about 30 minutes for the Logan to warm up and suggests a setting of 40 to 50 C, roughly 104 to 122 F. The cabin itself can reach about 140 F. When it gets to the temperature you set, the heaters turn off and on by themselves to hold it.
The manual's suggested setting is lower than a traditional sauna's, because infrared heats the person on the bench rather than relying on very hot air. Our article on infrared vs traditional sauna explains the difference, including why there is no steam to make.
Controls and sound
SunRay's D6 manual describes the control panel button by button: power, a timer, temperature with a switch between Celsius and Fahrenheit, color light in seven colors from red to cyan, the inside light and music. Phones connect over Bluetooth by searching for "audio". The outside lights are not on the panel; they have their own on and off button on the back of the bench.
Modern build
How the SunRay Logan modern outdoor sauna is built
Hemlock under a flat metal composite roof, with lighting inside and out.
Hemlock, sealed
The cabin is hemlock. Its outside surface is sealed at the factory, and SunRay's D6 manual recommends refinishing or resealing it every year. The warranty certificate makes an annual reseal the owner's responsibility for any outdoor sauna without a weather cover. Budget a dry weekend each year for it.
A two-layer flat roof
The roof comes as an inner roof and an outer metal composite roof. Silicone goes on the middle seam where the metal composite overlaps, and the outer roof is screwed to its frame at each corner and in the middle. The white plastic cover comes off the roof once it is fixed. There is a ceiling vent for letting out heat.
Lighting and comforts
Interior and exterior LED lighting, a color-changing light overhead, Bluetooth speakers, a digital control panel and cup holders. The backrest support screws to the back wall at the height you choose during assembly.
The Logan's digital control panel on the hemlock wall.
What the SunRay Logan needs before it is delivered
A solid base, room for the roof, a 240 V line, a plan for the panels and a word with your town. Each is quicker to settle now than with the cabin in the driveway.
A sturdy, level surfaceSunRay's D6 manual names a concrete pad, a wood deck or another solid surface, and says never directly on the ground. Damp floors need a floor separator or moisture barrier
69 inches of roof both waysAnd 88 inches of height, clear of overhanging trees, eaves and gutters
A 240 V dedicated circuitThe manual requires the sauna to have a circuit of its own; a licensed electrician installs it
A carrying routeAt least 558 pounds of freight arrives at the curb and has to reach the base
Silicone sealantWith a gun to apply it, for the wall edges, the roof seam, the outside corners and the door threshold
Permits and placement rulesYour building department, and an HOA where there is one, can tell you if the cabin or its wiring needs a permit and what distance to keep from the boundary
Electrical, for the Logan
SunRay's manual says plainly that the sauna "must be installed on a dedicated electrical circuit", and gives the Logan's load as 2,800 watts at 240 V. SunRay's product page asks for a dedicated 240 V outlet, so your electrician sizes the circuit and confirms the connection when the sauna arrives.
Line up a licensed electrician before the sauna ships. They size the circuit to the NEC and your local code, choose the connection and add whatever outdoor protection the site needs. Give them 2,800 W, 240 V and a circuit dedicated to the sauna.
Running cost
Running the SunRay Logan: electricity cost worked out
Two inputs: SunRay's 2,800 watts, which is 2.8 kilowatts, and 18.34 cents per kilowatt hour, the national residential average in the EIA's Electric Power Monthly for June 2026.
One session
51 cents
The D6 manual's 30 minute warm-up plus a 30 minute session, 60 minutes at 2.8 kilowatts: 2.8 kilowatt hours.
Each month
$6.16
Twelve sessions, around three a week: 33.6 kilowatt hours.
Each year
$73.95
Twelve a month for a year, 403.2 kilowatt hours.
The manual allows sessions of up to 60 minutes, so a longer sit adds about 26 cents per extra half hour at full power. Full power is the worst case: once the Logan is at temperature the heaters cycle, and the meter turns more slowly than these figures assume.

Assembly
SunRay Logan assembly, step by step
Buckled corners, a bench that slides into slots, and a roof sealed with silicone.
The base goes down first on a solid, level surface. A layer of sealant runs along the edges and bottom of the back and side walls before they go on. The back wall is placed and its corners aligned, then the side walls attach to it with the buckles at each corner. The vertical bench support, carrying its heater, slides down into slots already fitted on the side panels, and the heater plugs connect inside the bench cavity. Two 35 mm screws hold the bench seat to the support.
The front panel carries the door. Lift it slightly so its inner buckles latch onto the side panel buckles; SunRay notes you can take the door off first to make the panel easier to handle. The handle goes on with two 20 mm screws. Fix the backrest support where you want it, set the inner and outer roof on top, run silicone along the metal composite overlap and screw the roof down. The last step is silicone on the outside corners and along the door threshold.
SunRay's earlier Logan page puts the crew at two people.
Delivery day
When the SunRay Logan outdoor sauna arrives
Free freight to the curb in the lower 48, unloaded from a lift gate truck. The buy box shows how many business days to expect.
Booking
The carrier calls to agree a delivery window. Someone has to be there to sign, and the shipment, at least 558 pounds, goes faster with a helper.
Signing
Look at each carton and the pallet first. Photograph anything crushed, torn or wet, and write it on the delivery receipt before signing.
Opening up
Unpack somewhere dry and check the panels, the door glass and both roof layers while the packaging is still on hand.
Note visible damage on the receipt while the driver is still with you. Call us at (888) 500-5675 before the truck leaves and we will help you decide whether to accept or refuse. Full terms: the SunRay shipping policy.
Returns. The window is 20 days from the date it ships, with the cabin unassembled and in its original crate. A change-of-mind return means you pay the return freight and a 20% restocking fee may apply, and the original shipping is never deducted. Full steps: the SunRay return policy.

The range
The SunRay Logan and the other SunRay outdoor infrared saunas
The modern D6 cabins sit beside the pitched roof D3 cabins. The Logan is the two seat D6; the Pacific seats four in the same style.
For the same modern look with four seats, the Pacific is the step up and needs a heavier 240 V supply. If the gable roof suits your yard and 120 V is easier to provide, the Burlington seats two in a smaller footprint without any 240 V work.
The SunRay warranty certificate gives a decade on the cabin and a year on the electrics.
Terms from the SunRay Saunas Warranty Certificate

Buyer questions
SunRay Logan 2 person sauna: buyer questions
What are the SunRay Logan's measurements?
The Logan cabin is 49.25 inches square and 88 inches tall, with a flat roof covering 66 by 69 inches. Allow 69 inches both ways if space is tight. Inside, the floor is 45 by 45 inches and the ceiling is 73 inches high.
Does the SunRay Logan need a 240 V circuit?
Yes. SunRay's D6 manual requires a dedicated electrical circuit, and the Logan draws 2,800 watts at 240 V. A licensed electrician sizes the circuit to the NEC and local code and decides the connection. Nothing else should share that circuit.
How long does the SunRay Logan take to heat up?
SunRay's D6 manual allows about 30 minutes. It suggests a setting of 40 to 50 C, roughly 104 to 122 F, and the Logan can reach about 140 F. Once the cabin is at the set temperature the heaters cycle on and off to hold it, and the manual recommends sessions of no more than 60 minutes.
How many people fit in the SunRay Logan?
Two adults, on one bench seat in an interior 45 by 45 inches and 73 inches high. The backrest support screws to the back wall at the height you choose during assembly, so the two of you can sit upright with room to spare overhead.
What warranty does the SunRay Logan carry?
Ten years on the wooden panels, floor, ceiling and glass, and one year on the heaters and electrical components, with parts replaced and labor excluded. It is for residential use by the original buyer. If the Logan stands outside without a weather cover, SunRay requires the exterior to be resealed every year.
How is the SunRay Logan delivered to my home?
By freight, free to the lower 48, to the curb on a lift gate truck. SunRay lists the sauna at 558 pounds, so plan for at least that much freight. The carrier calls to book a window, an adult needs to sign, and any damage you can see is noted on the delivery receipt before the driver goes.
Can I put the SunRay Logan straight on the lawn?
No. SunRay's D6 manual says the sauna should sit on a sturdy level surface such as a concrete pad or wood deck, and never directly on the ground. Where the floor could be damp, it asks for a floor separator or moisture barrier to keep the base dry.
Can I use water or steam in the SunRay Logan?
No. The Logan is a dry far-infrared sauna with no stones and no stove. SunRay's manual warns that excess water stains or warps the wood, so dry off before you sit down and keep a towel on the bench. A traditional sauna with an electric heater is the choice if you want steam.

So far, very pleased with sauna. It was packed very well and easy to put together. … Sauna heats up quickly and has a built in timer that automatically turns sauna off at the end.
Delivery was on time and without damage, with Sauna components neatly and safely packaged. Setup was also straightforward. … An excellent purchase through and through!
