How does delivery work?
Free shipping, no minimum. Mueller REVIVE products ship free via ground parcel, UPS or FedEx, to any address in the contiguous 48 US states, with no minimum required.
When it arrives. Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days of payment confirmation, and standard transit takes 4 to 9 calendar days after fulfillment, depending on your location. You get a tracking number by email once your order ships. Transit times are carrier estimates.
How it arrives. Products ship direct from Mueller Sports Medicine's warehouse in Prairie du Sac, Wisconsin. REVIVE units are compact parcels, so no freight appointment is required.
Inspect before you sign. Check your package carefully at delivery. If the outer carton shows visible damage such as tears, crushed corners or dents, note it on the delivery receipt before signing and contact us within 48 hours with photos.

What does the warranty cover?
How long. Mueller REVIVE compression systems carry the manufacturer's limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, and coverage differs by component: consoles 24 months from the date of purchase, garments 12 months. A Gear Pack contains both, so its console and garment run those same terms from the same purchase date.
What is covered. At the manufacturer's option, Mueller will replace the product, repair it, provide a substitute of equal or greater value, or refund the purchase price.
What is not. Abuse, misuse or unreasonable use, failure to follow the user and maintenance instructions, and damage from unauthorized or unqualified repairs. Consequential and incidental damages are excluded where state law permits, so that exclusion may not apply to you.
How claims work. Mueller administers REVIVE warranty claims directly, so do not ship the product back to us; contact us with your order number, dated proof of purchase and photos.
What if I need to return it?

30 days from delivery. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must come back unused and like new with all original packaging, accessories, documentation and components; products showing use or wear, or missing components, are not eligible.
What a return costs. A 15 percent restocking fee may apply to returned Mueller REVIVE products, deducted from your refund when it does. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping, and we recommend a trackable carrier insured for the full value, because we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.
Start with an RMA. Contact us and we issue a Return Merchandise Authorization number; returns received without one will not be accepted. Our team handles all return communication, so you never need to contact Mueller yourself.
When the money lands. Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund goes to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days, less any restocking fee that applies.
Warranty claims. Mueller REVIVE products carry Mueller Sports Medicine's manufacturer warranty, handled separately from the return process; contact us and we coordinate with the manufacturer on your behalf as an authorized dealer.

The M2 Console is the standalone control unit from the REVIVE M2 system. Five session programs, 20–100 mmHg adjustable pressure, and an 8-hour battery — no app, no Bluetooth, no setup complexity. The right choice for buyers who already own a REVIVE garment or need a replacement console.

20–100 mmHg Adjustable Pressure
The full pressure range — identical to the M4 console. Dial from gentle recovery at 20 mmHg up to deep compression at 100 mmHg based on how your legs feel and what your protocol calls for.
