Mueller REVIVE M2 Console — Leg Compression Unit

Recovery Room Direct is an authorized dealer for Mueller Sports Medicine and ships Mueller REVIVE compression products directly from the manufacturer to your door. All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.

Free shipping. Mueller REVIVE products ship free via ground parcel (UPS or FedEx) to any address in the contiguous 48 U.S. states. Free shipping applies to all Mueller REVIVE orders — no minimum required.

Estimated delivery. Products ship from Mueller Sports Medicine’s warehouse in Prairie du Sac, Wisconsin. Standard transit takes 4–9 calendar days after fulfillment, depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Mueller REVIVE units are compact parcels — no freight appointment is required.

Inspect before you sign. Check your package carefully upon delivery. If the outer carton shows visible damage — tears, crushed corners, or dents — note it on the delivery receipt before signing and contact us within 48 hours with photos. Documenting damage at delivery protects your claim.

Mueller REVIVE compression systems are covered by the manufacturer's limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Coverage differs by component: consoles are covered for 24 months from the date of purchase, and garments for 12 months.

Gear Packs contain both. If you bought a Gear Pack, the console carries 24 months and the garment carries 12 months, both running from the same purchase date.

What's covered. Defects in materials and workmanship. At the manufacturer's option, Mueller will replace the product, repair it, provide a substitute of equal or greater value, or refund the purchase price.

What's not. Abuse, misuse or unreasonable use, failure to follow the user and maintenance instructions, and damage from unauthorized or unqualified repairs. Consequential and incidental damages are excluded where state law permits — some states don't allow that exclusion, so it may not apply to you.

How to make a claim. Mueller administers REVIVE warranty claims directly, so don't ship the product back to us. Contact us with your order number, dated proof of purchase and photos — we'll open the claim with Mueller and stay on it until it's resolved. We want you to be completely satisfied with your Mueller REVIVE compression system. If you’re not fully happy with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below. To start a return, contact us at (888) 500-5675 or sales@recoveryroomdirect.com — we’ll issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and guide you through the process. Do not ship anything back without an RMA — returns received without one will not be accepted.

Condition required. All returned items must be in unused, like-new condition with all original packaging, accessories, documentation, and components included. Products that show signs of use, wear, or are missing components are not eligible for return.

Restocking fee. A 15% restocking fee applies to all returned Mueller REVIVE products. This fee is deducted from your refund and covers manufacturer restocking and inspection costs.

Return shipping. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable carrier with insurance for the full value of the product. Recovery Room Direct is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.

Refund processing. Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days, less the 15% restocking fee. Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable.

Warranty claims. Mueller REVIVE products are covered by Mueller Sports Medicine’s manufacturer warranty. Warranty claims are handled separately from the return process — contact us and we’ll coordinate with the manufacturer on your behalf as an authorized dealer.
