How does delivery work?
Free shipping, no minimum. Mueller REVIVE products ship free via ground parcel, UPS or FedEx, to any address in the contiguous 48 US states, with no minimum required.
When it arrives. Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days of payment confirmation, and standard transit takes 4 to 9 calendar days after fulfillment, depending on your location. You get a tracking number by email once your order ships. Transit times are carrier estimates.
How it arrives. Products ship direct from Mueller Sports Medicine's warehouse in Prairie du Sac, Wisconsin. REVIVE units are compact parcels, so no freight appointment is required.
Inspect before you sign. Check your package carefully at delivery. If the outer carton shows visible damage such as tears, crushed corners or dents, note it on the delivery receipt before signing and contact us within 48 hours with photos.

What does the warranty cover?
What does the warranty cover?
How long. Mueller REVIVE compression systems carry the manufacturer's limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, and coverage differs by component: consoles 24 months from the date of purchase, garments 12 months. A Gear Pack contains both, so its console and garment run those same terms from the same purchase date.
What is covered. At the manufacturer's option, Mueller will replace the product, repair it, provide a substitute of equal or greater value, or refund the purchase price.
What is not. Abuse, misuse or unreasonable use, failure to follow the user and maintenance instructions, and damage from unauthorized or unqualified repairs. Consequential and incidental damages are excluded where state law permits, so that exclusion may not apply to you.
How claims work. Mueller administers REVIVE warranty claims directly, so do not ship the product back to us; contact us with your order number, dated proof of purchase and photos.
What if I need to return it?
What if I need to return it?
30 days from delivery. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must come back unused and like new with all original packaging, accessories, documentation and components; products showing use or wear, or missing components, are not eligible.
What a return costs. A 15 percent restocking fee may apply to returned Mueller REVIVE products, deducted from your refund when it does. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping, and we recommend a trackable carrier insured for the full value, because we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.
Start with an RMA. Contact us and we issue a Return Merchandise Authorization number; returns received without one will not be accepted. Our team handles all return communication, so you never need to contact Mueller yourself.
When the money lands. Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund goes to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days, less any restocking fee that applies.
Warranty claims. Mueller REVIVE products carry Mueller Sports Medicine's manufacturer warranty, handled separately from the return process; contact us and we coordinate with the manufacturer on your behalf as an authorized dealer.

The REVIVE Compression Pants deliver bilateral full-leg compression from ankle to thigh using four overlapping chambers per leg. Compatible with both the REVIVE M2 and M4 consoles — order as a standalone garment if you already have a console, or as a replacement for your existing REVIVE leg sleeve.

How the REVIVE Full Leg Garment Works
The Compression Pants garment is an inflatable sleeve system that wraps the full length of each leg. When connected to an M2 or M4 console, it delivers sequential compression from foot to thigh — mimicking the direction of venous return.
4-Chamber Sequential Zones
Each leg has four overlapping inflatable chambers — foot zone, lower calf, upper calf, and thigh. They inflate in sequence from the bottom up, following the direction of venous return. Both legs run simultaneously on a single console.
Full Ankle-to-Hip Coverage
Unlike calf-only compression sleeves, the REVIVE Full Leg garment covers the entire leg from the ankle joint to the hip. This full-length design addresses the complete lower limb — particularly important for recovery after activities that stress the knee, hamstring, or hip flexor.
Breathable, Washable Construction
The garment material is designed for repeated use in clinical and home environments. The outer fabric is breathable for session comfort, and the garment can be cleaned between uses. The inflation bladders and connector fittings are durable enough for daily treatment schedules.

REVIVE Full Leg Garment — Fit and Sizing
What to Measure
The REVIVE Full Leg garment fits most adult leg sizes. Use the sizing chart to verify fit before ordering. Key dimensions are thigh circumference and calf circumference at the widest point, measured while standing. The garment has adjustment straps that allow a range of leg proportions within each size.
If you're between sizes, size up — a slightly looser initial fit is preferable to compression that restricts movement during donning. The garment should feel snug but not tight when deflated.

Contraindications for use
This system is intended for use by people in good health. This system is not recommended for people who have heart problems, or vascular problems, have a condition requiring the use of any medical device, or have any condition that may affect their normal well-being. If you are, or may be, pregnant, consult with your physician before use. Do not use this system over insensitive or numb areas, or in the presence of poor circulation. Do not use if you have been diagnosed with blood clots, deep vein thrombosis or phlebitis. This system should not be used over swollen or inflamed areas or skin eruptions. Do not use in the presence of unexplained calf pain. Consult your physician prior to use.
