Curbside delivery (free): The freight carrier contacts you to schedule a delivery window and delivers your chair to your curbside or main entry. White Glove delivery (additional fee): A professional delivery team brings the chair into your home, places it in the room of your choice, walks you through its features, and removes all packaging. Scheduling your delivery. After your chair ships, the freight carrier will contact you directly to schedule a delivery appointment. Respond promptly — missed delivery attempts can result in terminal storage fees and delays. Someone must be present to sign for the delivery.
IMPORTANT — inspect before you sign. Walk around the delivery and check every box carefully before signing. Cosmetic damage can be accepted. If a carton is punctured or crushed, or the unit itself is damaged, refuse that item and call us on (888) 500-5675 while the driver is still there. Note the damage on the Bill of Lading before you sign, writing exactly what you see, and ask the driver to initial it. If the driver will not initial it, note the damage anyway, sign, and photograph the Bill of Lading. Contact us within 48 hours with photos. Once the damage is documented on the Bill of Lading we can file a valid freight claim and work with you to resolve it. If you refuse for a reason other than damage, or without contacting us first, return freight costs may become your responsibility. Signing a clean delivery receipt limits the carrier’s liability. Document any damage at the time of delivery to protect your claim.
Good to know. Free curbside delivery applies to the contiguous 48 US states. Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, or other US territories are not available at standard checkout — contact us before ordering for options. If your delivery location has access challenges (narrow road, no truck access, gated community), contact us before ordering. Every Floridian Brand massage chair comes with a 2-year residential limited warranty covering manufacturing defects, with parts and labor included. Commercial use is covered for 6 months.
What's covered. Steel frame, rollers, motors, boards, consoles, belts and power supply — repair or replacement of covered components at the manufacturer's discretion.
What's not. Normal wear of moving and surface components (rollers, motors, airbags, tracks, belts, upholstery, leather, fabric, padding), misuse, unauthorized repairs, power surges, and liquid or environmental damage. Shipping damage isn't a warranty defect — it's handled as a freight claim, and we manage those for you.
Coverage is non-transferable and applies to the original purchaser at the originally registered installation location.
Extended coverage. Floridian offers extended parts-and-labor coverage at $450 per additional year, purchasable within 30 days of delivery and added one year at a time. Requests after that window can't be approved. Ask us when you order and we'll confirm the maximum available for your chair in writing.
How to make a claim. Contact us — as your authorized dealer we handle the claim with the manufacturer for you. Email sales@recoveryroomdirect.com or call (888) 500-5675 with your order number and photos of the issue.

Return Policy
We want you fully confident before you buy. If a Floridian Brand product isn’t the right fit, you have 14 days from delivery to initiate a return. Need to cancel before it ships? Contact us as soon as possible — cancellations before shipment can avoid freight charges entirely.
How to start a return. Submit your request within 14 days of delivery via our Contact Us page or by calling (888) 500-5675. Include your order number and reason for return. Upon approval, you’ll receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of every box. Ship the product back within 7 days of receiving your RMA using a reputable carrier with tracking (USPS, UPS, or FedEx). Returns sent without a valid RMA will not be accepted at the warehouse.
Condition required. The product must be returned in as-new, unused condition in its original packaging, with all accessories, manuals, and components included. Original packaging is required — missing packaging may result in additional fees or rejection of the return. Items that have been assembled, modified, or show signs of use may not be accepted.
What it costs to return. We want to be upfront: returning large freight equipment involves real costs. Floridian Brand assesses a restocking fee of 0–30% depending on the model and condition, determined upon inspection. You are responsible for all return freight charges. If your original order shipped free, the actual outbound freight cost is also deducted from your refund. Deliveries refused for reasons other than damage will result in round-trip shipping charges billed to the customer.
Non-returnable items. The following are final sale and not eligible for return: personal care accessories (for hygiene reasons), custom orders or non-standard color configurations, model closeouts and discontinued items, floor models, gift cards, and any open-box or clearance items. White Glove delivery fees are non-refundable once service has been performed.
Damaged on arrival? That’s a separate process — and you’re protected. If damage was documented on the delivery paperwork before signing, contact us immediately with photos and we’ll handle the freight claim. This is exactly why we ask you to inspect carefully before signing any delivery documents.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Processing time varies by bank or card provider.
