Free freight to the contiguous 48. Every Luraco chair ships from Luraco's factory in Arlington, Texas, as one large box on a pallet, about 380 to 420 pounds.
Delivery estimate. The product page shows your estimated delivery date in business days, and we confirm the exact date once Luraco schedules your chair.
Curbside on every i11 edition, the i9 Max Plus, the i9 Special Edition and the Model 3. The carrier books a window, someone signs, and the chair is left at the curb, not carried inside. Our Professional Setup & Assembly can bring it to your room and assemble it.
White glove on the i9 Max Plus Billionaire and Royal. Included at no charge: a two-person team brings the chair to your room, assembles it and removes the packaging.
What we need from you. Two phone numbers and a note on any stairs on the way in, which we ask for after you order.
If it arrives damaged. Note it on the paperwork before signing, photograph it, and tell us within 48 hours. Refuse a crushed or punctured carton and call us while the driver is there.

Home use: 5 years parts, 3 years in-home labor, 10 years leather. Luraco's own coverage on every chair we sell, with proof of purchase.
Commercial use: written cover. 1 year on parts, the first 6 months with labor, and 1 year on the leather. Tell us before you order for a gym, clinic, spa or office.
Extended plan. Adds 2 years of labor for home use, so parts and labor both run 5 years. Add it beside Add to Cart and we register it with Luraco. Not offered for commercial use.
How a claim works. Call Luraco with your receipt; Luraco troubleshoots by phone first, then sends in-home labor or a return authorization. If a claim stalls, we take it up for you.
Not covered. Misuse, unauthorized repairs, power surges, liquids, normal leather wear and cosmetic changes. Coverage stays with the first buyer at the first address.
What if I need to return it?
What if I need to return it?
30 days from delivery. On the i11, the i9 Max Plus, the Model 3 Hybrid SL, and a Special Edition or i11 Big & Tall Edition ordered without a name. We handle it with Luraco, so you do not contact the manufacturer yourself.
What a return costs. A restocking fee of up to 5% may apply on a change of mind, and we waive it whenever we are not charged ourselves. You pay the return freight; we cover it when the cause is shipping damage or our error. We never deduct the original shipping from your refund.
Condition. As new, in the original box with all parts. Luraco refunds a chair only in its original packaging.
Personalized chairs are final sale. The Billionaire and Royal of both series, and a Special Edition or Big & Tall Edition ordered with a name, carry the owner's name, and Luraco does not take personalized chairs back. A fault is still covered by the warranty.
Damaged on arrival is different. Note it on the delivery paperwork, photograph it and tell us within 48 hours. A documented freight claim carries no restocking fee and no return freight.

Measuring the floor
From the i11 manual's clearances: 12 inches behind, 87 inches of chair and 36 in front make 135 inches, about 11 feet 3 inches. For width, 18 inches each side of the 38 inch chair is 74 inches between walls, or 56 with one side open.
Doors and stairs
The chair ships as one box on a 55 by 40 by 61 inch pallet. The leg rest and armrests come out separately, so the main body must clear your doors. Luraco gives no size for it; call us on (888) 500-5675 or email us your narrowest door width, and we check with Luraco before it ships.

Inside the Luraco i11 Royal Edition massage chair: two 3D engines, calf and knee massage
Under the gold sits the Billionaire Edition's hardware, plus the 3D calf and knee massage system (patent pending) that the i11 Series adds over the i9.
The track

Two 3D engines
Luraco markets the roller mechanism as 3D Butterfly Technology; its patent, US 10,905,624, moves a roller in a three dimensional orbit with one motor through an offset shaft. The Royal runs two, which Luraco says work the back, neck and shoulders at the same time. See 2D vs 3D vs 4D massage chairs compared.
The 3D calf and knee system
The calf and knee system is the i11's main new hardware. Calf rollers, set to one spot or to full automatic coverage, work beside tripled foot rollers with Achilles nodes, and a calf stretching program comes with them.
Airbags close around the knees and squeeze in rhythm (air compression). Heat reaches the calves and knees as well as the lower back, hands and feet, at 5 levels; see our heated massage chairs.
AI body scan and 8 profiles
Luraco's AI body scan uses the chair's sensors at the start of each session to map the curve of your back. Up to 8 user profiles save massage, position and intensity, and opening one skips the scan.
Arms, hands and stretch
Powered armrests swing open for easier entry and exit; hand and arm stretching by powered armrest actuators is patent pending. Shoulder and bicep airbags adjust for height, and the programs add a body twist, a foot and spinal stretch and zero gravity.
Programs, Level II software and sound
Nine auto programs and a manual mode run 5 intensity levels over 6 body areas, up to 30 minutes a session. Level II, shared with the Billionaire, is embedded software that, in Luraco's words, lets the owner customize the chair's performance in all auto modes. Updates arrive over WiFi, a 10 W Bluetooth speaker plays music from your phone, and the chair gives spoken voice responses in 7 languages.

The gold and the build
How the Luraco i11 Royal Edition is made: the gold, the leather and the patented parts
Luraco designs, engineers and assembles the Royal in Arlington, Texas, from US and global components.
The name plate
Luraco lists an 18K gold owner's name plate, a "Solid Real Gold BLOCK" in its words, on the pillow holder at the top of the headrest; no weight is published. The leather name tag and the name on the remote's start screen carry over, so the name appears in leather, in gold and on screen.
The armrest trims
The second piece of gold is 18K gold plated trim along the outer side of each armrest. On the i11 Royal, Luraco keeps the gold to the name plate and the armrests, and lists none on the roller arms, leg rest or remote. The room photo and the plate close up above show both pieces as Luraco fits them.
Leather, backup power and quiet air
The chair is covered in what Luraco calls automotive leather. Patented emergency backup power, claimed in US 10,849,819 and US 10,905,624, returns the chair to its original position so the user can get out if the power is lost; no battery capacity is published. A patented noise-reduction enclosure, US 10,724,549, houses the air compressor and valves in a box lined with sound-deadening material.
