Warranty
Warranty
Therabody warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Coverage begins on the date of delivery to the original purchaser.
Coverage periods. Devices: 1 year — this covers every Therabody product we sell, including Theragun, TheraFace, JetBoots, RecoveryPulse, ThermBack and the Lounger. Attachments and accessories: 90 days — Therabody defines these as exclusively charging cables, removable components of the devices, adapters, carrying cases and charging stands. Anything not on that list is covered as a device.
What's covered. Therabody replaces products that prove defective during the warranty period. The remedy is replacement, not a refund, and a replacement continues the original warranty period rather than restarting it.
What's not. Purchases from unauthorized resellers, misuse or accident, liquid contact, cosmetic damage, normal wear, and unauthorized repairs. Consumable parts such as batteries and protective coatings are designed to diminish over time and aren't covered — unless the failure was caused by a defect in materials or workmanship, in which case it is.
Because Recovery Room Direct is an authorized Therabody retailer, your purchase here is fully warranty-eligible.
How to make a claim. Contact us — we'll get your claim into Therabody's warranty system and follow it through with you. Email sales@recoveryroomdirect.com or call (888) 500-5675 with your order number and photos of the issue.

Return Policy
Return Policy
We stand behind every product we sell. If your Therabody device isn't the right fit, you have 30 days from delivery to return it. Need to cancel before it ships? Contact us as soon as possible — cancellations before the order leaves the warehouse avoid all charges.
How to start a return. Email your order number to sales@recoveryroomdirect.com and we'll issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within one business day. Write that number clearly on the outside of the package — returns without a valid RMA will not be accepted.
Condition required. The device must be returned in like-new condition in its original packaging, with all accessories, attachments, charging cables, carrying cases, and documentation included. Items that are missing components, show signs of use, or have been damaged cannot be returned.
What it costs to return. A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility — we recommend using a trackable, insured carrier. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting the return.
Non-returnable items. Open-box sale items are final sale. Personalized or engraved devices cannot be returned. Individual accessories, attachments, and replacement heads purchased separately are non-returnable under manufacturer policy.
Warranty claims. If your device develops a defect outside the 30-day return window, that is covered by Therabody's manufacturer warranty. All Therabody devices include a 1-year limited warranty; accessories and attachments are typically covered for 90 days. Submit warranty claims directly to Therabody at returns.therabody.com — full warranty coverage applies because you purchased from an authorized retailer.
Purchases through our store as an authorized Therabody retailer qualify for Therabody's full manufacturer warranty. Warranty claims are handled directly by Therabody. We're here Mon–Sat, 9am–6pm EST. View our full Return Policy →

See It in Action
Every Sport Has an Arm Problem
Tennis elbow, golfer's forearm, pickleball fatigue, climbing pump, throwing soreness, desk job stiffness — arm recovery is the category that gets neglected. Ice packs melt. Passive sleeves just compress. Percussion guns require your other hand. None of them work while you keep moving.
The RecoveryPulse Arm is Therabody's answer to that gap. Three modalities in one wearable: graduated compression that moves blood through the bicep, tricep, and forearm simultaneously; QX-Micro Motor vibration that loosens tight muscle tissue; and germanium-infused fabric that reflects far infrared energy for additional recovery benefit. All three working together, hands-free, wherever you are.
If you're in between sizes, size up. The sleeve is intentionally firm — that tightness is the compression working.
Three Technologies, One Sleeve
Each technology targets a different aspect of arm recovery — together they work faster than any one alone.
QX-Micro Motor Vibration
QX-Micro Motor vibration technology is embedded throughout the sleeve, delivering vibration across three distinct patterns — Low, High, and Wave. Vibration therapy is engineered based on research showing it helps relax muscle tension and reduce post-exercise soreness. Switch modes with the on-sleeve button; no phone required.
Graduated Compression
The sleeve's graduated compression design applies targeted pressure across the bicep, tricep, and forearm — the three anatomical zones that take the most stress in upper-body sport and training. Improved circulation to these areas helps reduce minor aches and supports faster recovery, whether you're mid-round or between sets.
Germanium-Infused Fabric
The 70% germanium polyester / 30% nylon-spandex blend naturally reflects far infrared energy back into the muscle tissue, providing an additional layer of recovery benefit beyond compression alone. The fabric is also sweat resistant and machine washable (with battery removed) — it's built to handle daily use.
When to Wear It
The RecoveryPulse Arm is designed for use before, during, and after activity — not just as post-workout recovery.
Warm-Up Window
Use Low or Wave mode for 10–15 minutes before your session. The vibration and compression combination promotes blood flow to the arm and helps the tissue become more pliable before you put it under load — especially useful before climbing, tennis, or throwing sports.
Active Recovery
Switch to High mode immediately after training for 15–20 minutes while you stretch or cool down. The graduated compression helps move metabolic waste out of the arm while vibration addresses the surface muscle tightness that builds up during sustained effort.
On-the-Go Relief
The 45-minute battery and cordless design mean you can wear it during your commute, at a desk, or between rounds. Low or Wave mode provides a continuous, low-intensity recovery stimulus without disrupting what you're doing. Discreet under a long sleeve.
Find Your Size
Measure the circumference of your relaxed bicep (midpoint between shoulder and elbow). The RecoveryPulse Arm fits tightly by design — that's the compression working.
| Size | Bicep Circumference | Inches |
|---|---|---|
| XS — Extra Small | 22–26 cm | 8.6–10.2″ |
| S — Small | 23–30 cm | 9.0–11.8″ |
| M — Medium | 27–34 cm | 10.6–13.4″ |
| L — Large | 31–42 cm | 12.2–16.5″ |
| XL — Extra Large | 40+ cm | 15.7+″ |
Between sizes? Therabody recommends sizing up if you're new to compression sleeves. Experienced compression users who prefer a firmer feel can size down. The S–M overlap (27–30 cm) is the most common fit question — if your bicep measures in that range and this is your first compression sleeve, choose M. XS and XL are available for slender or larger arms respectively.

Frequently Asked Questions
What sizes does the RecoveryPulse Arm come in?
The RecoveryPulse Arm is available in five sizes: XS (Extra Small, 22–26 cm / 8.6–10.2"), S (Small, 23–30 cm / 9.0–11.8"), M (Medium, 27–34 cm / 10.6–13.4"), L (Large, 31–42 cm / 12.2–16.5"), and XL (Extra Large, 40+ cm / 15.7+"). Sizing is based on your relaxed bicep circumference. See the Size Guide section above for full details and fit guidance.
I'm between sizes — which should I choose?
If you're new to compression sleeves, size up. The RecoveryPulse Arm is intentionally snug — that tightness is how it delivers maximum compression benefit. If your bicep falls in the S/M overlap range (27–30 cm) and this is your first compression device, choose M. Experienced compression users who prefer a very firm feel can size down.
What are the three vibration modes and when should I use each?
The three modes are Low, High, and Wave. Low is the gentlest setting — ideal for pre-activity warm-up or anytime passive recovery (commuting, at a desk). High delivers the strongest vibration and is best for post-workout recovery sessions when you want to target muscle tightness directly. Wave pulses in a rhythmic pattern that many users find most comfortable for longer wear sessions. Cycle between modes with the on-sleeve button.
How long does the battery last and how do I charge it?
The RecoveryPulse Arm delivers 45 minutes of continuous use per charge. Charging uses the included USB-C to USB-A cable connected to the removable battery pack. The battery pack detaches from the sleeve for charging — you don't need to charge the whole sleeve. Charge time is not published by Therabody; refer to the in-box manual for exact figures.
Can I wash the RecoveryPulse Arm?
Yes — the sleeve is machine washable. Remove the battery pack before washing and place the sleeve in the included laundry pouch. The battery pack is not washable; wipe it clean with a damp cloth. The germanium-infused fabric holds up to regular washing without degrading the compression or material quality.
Does the RecoveryPulse Arm connect to the Therabody app?
No. The RecoveryPulse Arm does not have Bluetooth and does not connect to the Therabody app. All controls are handled directly on the sleeve via the on-sleeve button. This keeps the device simple, lightweight, and reliable — no phone needed to use it.
Is the RecoveryPulse Arm HSA or FSA eligible?
Compression garments are listed as eligible on published administrator lists. Pneumatic compression systems are not named separately, so confirm with your plan administrator before you buy. We do not accept HSA or FSA cards at checkout. See how HSA and FSA reimbursement works here. This is not tax advice.
How is the RecoveryPulse Arm different from the Therabody JetBoots?
The JetBoots use pneumatic (air-pressure) compression for the legs and are designed for stationary use during a session. The RecoveryPulse Arm uses graduated compression with vibration for the arm and is designed for continuous, wearable use — you can keep it on while working, warming up, or moving between activities. They address different body regions and use different technologies.
Is Recovery Room Direct an authorized Therabody retailer?
Yes. Recovery Room Direct is an authorized Therabody dealer. Every product we sell comes from official Therabody inventory, carries the full manufacturer warranty, and is eligible for Therabody's standard 30-day return policy. You can purchase with confidence knowing your warranty is fully supported.
