How does delivery work?

Free freight to the contiguous 48. Every Luraco chair ships from Luraco's factory in Arlington, Texas, as one large box on a pallet, about 380 to 420 pounds.

Delivery estimate. The product page shows your estimated delivery date in business days, and we confirm the exact date once Luraco schedules your chair.

Curbside on every i11 edition, the i9 Max Plus, the i9 Special Edition and the Model 3. The carrier books a window, someone signs, and the chair is left at the curb, not carried inside. Our Professional Setup & Assembly can bring it to your room and assemble it.

White glove on the i9 Max Plus Billionaire and Royal. Included at no charge: a two-person team brings the chair to your room, assembles it and removes the packaging.

What we need from you. Two phone numbers and a note on any stairs on the way in, which we ask for after you order.

If it arrives damaged. Note it on the paperwork before signing, photograph it, and tell us within 48 hours. Refuse a crushed or punctured carton and call us while the driver is there.

What does the warranty cover?

Home use: 5 years parts, 3 years in-home labor, 10 years leather. Luraco's own coverage on every chair we sell, with proof of purchase.

Commercial use: written cover. 1 year on parts, the first 6 months with labor, and 1 year on the leather. Tell us before you order for a gym, clinic, spa or office.

Extended plan. Adds 2 years of labor for home use, so parts and labor both run 5 years. Add it beside Add to Cart and we register it with Luraco. Not offered for commercial use.

How a claim works. Call Luraco with your receipt; Luraco troubleshoots by phone first, then sends in-home labor or a return authorization. If a claim stalls, we take it up for you.

Not covered. Misuse, unauthorized repairs, power surges, liquids, normal leather wear and cosmetic changes. Coverage stays with the first buyer at the first address.

What if I need to return it?

30 days from delivery. On the i11, the i9 Max Plus, the Model 3 Hybrid SL, and a Special Edition or i11 Big & Tall Edition ordered without a name. We handle it with Luraco, so you do not contact the manufacturer yourself.

What a return costs. A restocking fee of up to 5% may apply on a change of mind, and we waive it whenever we are not charged ourselves. You pay the return freight; we cover it when the cause is shipping damage or our error. We never deduct the original shipping from your refund.

Condition. As new, in the original box with all parts. Luraco refunds a chair only in its original packaging.

Personalized chairs are final sale. The Billionaire and Royal of both series, and a Special Edition or Big & Tall Edition ordered with a name, carry the owner's name, and Luraco does not take personalized chairs back. A fault is still covered by the warranty.

Damaged on arrival is different. Note it on the delivery paperwork, photograph it and tell us within 48 hours. A documented freight claim carries no restocking fee and no return freight.

At a glance

The Luraco i11 Billionaire Edition massage chair, with Level II software and your photo

The Billionaire Edition is the twin engine i11 set up around one owner. It keeps everything on the i11 Special Edition, from the two 3D engines and backup power to the owner's name. It adds Luraco's Level II software, which lets the owner customize the chair's performance in all auto modes, and puts the owner's photo on the remote. Luraco calls it the iRobotics 11 Billionaire Edition (i11 BE).

The massage

Calves and knees

The software

Level II

Customize how the chair performs in every auto mode, with your photo on the remote.

It suits a buyer who wants the chair set up around one person, or a gift that carries someone's name and photo.

Because Luraco personalizes it with the owner's name and photo, it is final sale, with the same warranty as every i11. Delivery is free curbside to the lower 48, and the buy box shows your estimated delivery date.

Sizing and room

Luraco i11 Billionaire Edition massage chair size, user range and floor plan

Luraco rates it for users from 4 feet 7 to 6 feet 9 and up to 300 pounds. The reclined length sizes the room.

Body, chair and clearances
User height and weight 4′7″ to 6′9″, 300 lb maximum
Seat 22 inches between the sides
Sitting up 65 in long, 38 in wide, 48 in tall
Fully reclined 87 in long, 38 in wide, 47 in tall
Recline 120 to 170 degrees
Gap to walls Backrest 12 in, front 36 in, either armrest 18 in
Luraco's studio photo of the i11 in cream, reclined, the same chair body as the Billionaire Edition
Luraco's studio photo of the i11 in cream, reclined. Every i11 edition shares this outside size.

Turning the clearances into a floor plan

From the i11 manual's clearances: 12 inches behind the backrest, 87 of reclined chair, 36 clear in front: 135 inches, roughly 11 feet 3. Side to side, 18 plus 38 plus 18 is 74 inches between walls, or 56 if one side is open.

Doors and stairs

One box rides on a 55 by 40 by 61 inch pallet and is opened where the truck sets it down. The leg rest and armrests come off the main body, so just the main body has to fit through doorways and stair turns. Luraco publishes no size for that body, so call us on (888) 500-5675 or email us your tightest door width, and we confirm it with Luraco before the chair ships.

The massage

Luraco i11 Billionaire Edition massage chair mechanics: 3D engines, calf and knee massage

The massage hardware is the i11 Special Edition's, part for part.

A 60 inch Split L-Track

The roller path runs from the neck down the backrest and under the seat. Patent US 10,849,819 covers rails shaped to that curve that divide at the pivot, so the rollers pass the bend. See L-track vs SL-track vs S-track for the three shapes.

Two engines, 18 motors

Luraco fits two roller engines, sold as its 3D Butterfly Technology. Patent US 10,905,624 describes one motor driving a roller through an angled shaft in a three dimensional orbit. With a pair, Luraco says the chair works the full back, neck and shoulders at once. Read 2D vs 3D vs 4D massage chairs for what the label means.

The 3D calf and knee massage system

New on the i11 Series is what Luraco calls its 3D calf and knee massage system (patent pending). Calf rollers you can set to one spot or to full automatic coverage work the lower leg, and a calf stretching program joins the other stretches. Airbags close around the knees and squeeze in rhythm (air compression), with heat for the calves and knees.

The AI body scan and 8 profiles

Luraco's AI body scan uses the chair's sensors at the start of each session to map the curve of your back. Sit back, head on the backrest, and leave the remote alone while it runs. Up to 8 user profiles store a custom massage, and opening one skips the scan.

Air, rollers and stretching

The chair has 52 air cells around the frame. Rollers reach the arms, hands, calves and soles, with tripled foot rollers and Achilles nodes; the shoulder and bicep airbags slide to a new height. Powered armrest actuators stretch the hands and arms (patent pending, per Luraco), beside a body twist, zero gravity and a spinal and foot stretch.

Heat and control

Heat for the calves and knees, as well as the lower back, hands and feet, runs at 5 settings, and Warm Chair keeps the chair warm between massages; see our heated massage chairs. Intensity runs in 5 steps over 6 areas, sessions last 5 to 30 minutes, and the touchscreen remote gives spoken voice responses in 7 languages.

Checks before ordering

Luraco i11 Billionaire Edition: what to settle before ordering

The name and photo are fixed once Luraco personalizes the chair. Settle the rest before delivery day; each is harder to fix once the pallet is at your curb.

  • The nameUp to 20 characters for the remote's start screen and the leather headrest tag. Optional: type it above Add to Cart or send it after you order; we confirm the spelling before Luraco personalizes the chair
  • The photoA JPG or PNG for the remote's welcome screen, which we ask for by email after you order
  • The outletA properly grounded household outlet. If the plug does not fit, Luraco says to have an electrician install a proper outlet, never to modify the plug
  • The way inMeasure the narrowest door and stair turn from the curb, send us the width, and count the steps; the chair weighs about 310 pounds
  • The spotA level, dry indoor floor, away from pools, bathrooms and strong sun, 135 by 74 inches
  • Two peopleThe manual asks for two people to assemble it; book a helper for delivery day

The same frame runs through every i11 edition among our Luraco massage chairs.

Construction and software

How Luraco builds the i11 Billionaire Edition, and what the Level II software adds

Luraco designs, engineers and assembles the chair in Arlington, Texas, from US and global components.

Software Customization, Level II

Luraco calls it Software Customization (Level II Package): a special version of the chair's embedded software that, in Luraco's words, lets the owner customize the chair's performance in all auto modes. The i11 Special Edition stops at Level I, the name on the remote's start screen. If you have a particular adjustment in mind, ask us and we confirm it with Luraco before you order.

The picture and the name

On the Billionaire and Royal editions, the remote opens on the owner's photo, as Luraco's i11 manual describes. The name is programmed in as well, and a leather headrest tag repeats it.

Backup power and the patented parts

Luraco's patented emergency backup power returns the chair to its original position if the power fails, so the user can get out; US 10,849,819 and US 10,905,624 both claim it. A sound absorbing box encloses the compressor and air valves, under US 10,724,549. The Split L-Track and the 3D roller mechanism are the other patented parts. Luraco upholsters the entire chair in what it calls automotive leather.

An armrest smartphone pouch and a USB charging port hold a phone, the 10 W Bluetooth speaker plays its music, and updates arrive over WiFi.

The Billionaire Edition is also listed with our 3D massage chairs and L-track massage chairs.

Electricity cost

Luraco i11 Billionaire Edition running cost, worked out

Luraco rates the chair at 200 W at most, which is 0.2 kilowatts. We priced it at 18.34 cents per kilowatt hour, the US residential average for June 2026 in the EIA's Electric Power Monthly.

Per session

1.8 cents

Thirty minutes, the manual's ceiling, uses 0.1 kilowatt hours at full draw.

Per month

$0.55

Thirty daily sessions, 3 kilowatt hours.

Per year

$6.69

One session a day for 365 days: 36.5 kilowatt hours.

Because 200 W is the most the chair draws, a real bill comes in at or under these figures. Even at 200 W, an hour of Warm Chair is about 3.7 cents.

In the box

What ships with the Luraco i11 Billionaire Edition, and what you add

On delivery

Receiving the Luraco i11 Billionaire Edition: free curbside delivery and the inspection

Delivery is free curbside to the lower 48: the pallet is set down at your curb or driveway end, and someone needs to be there to sign. The buy box shows your estimated delivery date, and we confirm the exact date once Luraco schedules your chair.

Curbside leaves the carry indoors and the assembly to you. To have it ready in the room, add Professional Setup & Assembly in the buy box. A two-person team brings the chair to your room, assembles it and removes the packaging (see in-home massage chair delivery).

The day before

Clear the path from the curb to the room and pick the exact spot.

When it arrives

Walk around the box before you sign. Write any crushed corner, hole or water stain on the receipt and photograph it.

Before you assemble

Check the leather, the name tag spelling and each piece. Send us photos of any damage within 48 hours, before assembly.

A punctured or crushed box, or visible damage to the chair, is grounds to refuse the delivery. Phone us at (888) 500-5675 before the driver pulls away.

The full freight terms are on our Luraco shipping policy page.

Choose the Billionaire Edition for one owner who wants the auto modes tuned through Level II software, with their photo on the remote. The Luraco i11 Special Edition shares the engines, backup power and name, and stays returnable without a name. The Luraco i11 Royal Edition adds an 18K gold name plate and gold plated armrest trims, and the Luraco i11 Big & Tall Edition widens the seat.

Luraco's i9 Max Plus series and the Model 3 Hybrid SL sit beside these on our Luraco massage chairs page, and every one appears in our zero gravity massage chairs and massage chairs collections.

Warranty

Luraco i11 Billionaire Edition massage chair warranty, for a home and for a business

Cover is identical across the i11 editions; final sale changes returns, not the warranty.

Luraco's terms
In a home Parts 5 years; labor at your address 3 years; leather 10 years, "Guaranteed No Tearing"
In a business Parts 1 year; labor 6 months; leather 1 year
Ownership Original buyer at the original address; tell Luraco before moving
Exclusions Surges, spills, animal damage, cracked remote screens; a visit that finds no fault may be charged

The extended warranty in the buy box is Luraco's own plan for home use. It brings coverage to a total of 5 years parts and 5 years labor. Bought with the chair, it is listed on Luraco's invoice and we handle it; added later, within 90 days of purchase, Luraco sends you its own form to complete and we help you through it. Businesses get the business terms, without the plan. Luraco excludes normal leather wear, so read the 10 year figure as cover against tearing.

Making a claim

Phone Luraco's customer service, on the number in the manual, with proof of purchase. Phone troubleshooting comes ahead of in-home labor (home use, through year three) or a return authorization to a service center. Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico fall outside in-home service. Luraco excludes chairs from unauthorized dealers, and Recovery Room Direct is an authorized Luraco dealer. The full wording is on our Luraco warranty policy page.

Listings

Made by an FDA-registered manufacturer; the chair is listed with the FDA as a Class I therapeutic massager.

Buyer FAQ

Luraco i11 Billionaire Edition: buyer questions, answered

How does the Luraco i11 Billionaire Edition differ from the i9 Max Plus Billionaire Edition?

Both have two 3D engines, 18 motors, backup power, the owner's name, Level II software, the owner's photo on the remote and the wrist cuff. The i11 adds Luraco's 3D calf and knee massage system (patent pending), the AI body scan and 8 user profiles in place of 5. Luraco rates the i11 Billionaire Edition for users up to 6 feet 9 inches and 300 pounds, and the i9 Max Plus Billionaire Edition up to 6 feet 10 inches and 300 pounds. The Luraco i9 Max Plus Billionaire Edition comes with white glove delivery from us; on the i11 Billionaire Edition, add Professional Setup & Assembly in the buy box and we bring it to your room, assemble it and take the packaging away.

Which features does the Luraco i11 Billionaire Edition add over the i11 Special Edition?

Luraco's Level II software, for customizing the chair's performance in all auto modes, and the owner's photo on the remote's welcome screen. The engines, backup power, name and calf and knee system are shared.

What can Level II software change on the Luraco i11 Billionaire Edition?

Luraco describes a special build of the embedded software that opens customization of all auto modes. It publishes no settings list, so ask us about a specific adjustment and we raise it with Luraco before you order.

Can the Luraco i11 Billionaire Edition be returned?

No. Because Luraco personalizes it with the owner's name and photo, it is final sale; Luraco does not accept returns of personalized chairs. The warranty applies in full; see our Luraco return policy.

How does my photo get onto the Luraco i11 Billionaire Edition remote?

After you order, we ask for a JPG or PNG by email and pass it to Luraco with the owner's name, for the remote's welcome screen.

When will the Luraco i11 Billionaire Edition arrive, and how is it delivered?

The buy box shows your estimated delivery date, and we confirm the exact date once Luraco schedules your chair. Delivery is free curbside to the lower 48, with someone there to sign.

Who fits in the Luraco i11 Billionaire Edition?

Luraco rates it for users from 4 feet 7 to 6 feet 9 and up to 300 pounds, on a 22 inch seat, with a leg rest that extends up to 8 inches by itself.

How much space does the Luraco i11 Billionaire Edition take?

Reclined, 87 by 38 inches. With the manual's clearances, allow 135 inches front to back and 74 across between walls, or 56 with one side open. Send us your tightest door width and we confirm it with Luraco.

How much power does the Luraco i11 Billionaire Edition draw, and what will it cost to run?

It plugs into a grounded household outlet, and Luraco rates it at 200 W maximum. Half an hour a day comes to about $0.55 a month at full draw, at the EIA's June 2026 residential average of 18.34 cents per kilowatt hour.

What warranty comes with the Luraco i11 Billionaire Edition?

At home: parts 5 years, in-home labor 3, leather 10 against tearing. In a business: parts 1 year, labor 6 months, leather 1 year. Luraco's extended plan for home use brings labor to 5 years; bought with the chair, it goes on Luraco's invoice, and added later within 90 days, Luraco sends you its own form.
