What ceiling height does the Dive Vertical 40 require?
The Dive Vertical 40 stands 85 inches tall when fully inflated. You need a minimum ceiling clearance of 90 inches (7.5 feet) — ideally a standard 96-inch (8-foot) ceiling. Rooms with lower ceilings cannot accommodate this model; consider the horizontal Grand Dive 40 instead.
Can I sit or do I need to stand during sessions?
Both. The Dive Vertical is wide enough (40 inches) to comfortably sit on a stool, small chair, or the included floor mat during sessions. Most users sit for longer sessions and stand briefly when comfortable. You do not need to stand the entire time.
