How does delivery work?

Free ground shipping to the lower 48. Orders above the free shipping minimum ship free within the contiguous US by insured ground carrier. Smaller orders ship for a flat rate, and the exact figures are on the full policy below. Expedited and overnight options are available at checkout.

When it arrives. Orders are typically processed within 1 to 4 business days, and standard ground delivery takes 4 to 6 additional business days. You get a tracking number by email when your order ships. Transit times are carrier estimates.

How it arrives. Products ship in factory sealed packaging, and no delivery appointment is required; standard devices are left at the door, and larger items such as the JetBoots PRO Plus or Therabody Lounger may require a signature.

If it arrives damaged. Photograph the shipping box before opening, then photograph any damage inside and email the photos to us within 48 hours of delivery. We file the carrier claim and send a replacement or issue a full refund, your choice. Later reports cannot be guaranteed.

Where it ships. Hawaii, Alaska and US territories may be subject to additional shipping charges, so contact us before ordering. International shipping is not currently available.

What does the warranty cover?

How long. Coverage begins on delivery to the original purchaser. Devices are covered for 1 year, which is every Therabody product we sell. Attachments and accessories are covered for 90 days, which Therabody defines as exclusively charging cables, removable components of the devices, adapters, carrying cases and charging stands. Anything not on that list is covered as a device.

What is covered. Defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Therabody replaces products that prove defective during the warranty period. The remedy is replacement, not a refund, and a replacement continues the original warranty period rather than restarting it.

What is not. Purchases from unauthorized resellers, misuse or accident, liquid contact, cosmetic damage, normal wear, and unauthorized repairs. Consumable parts such as batteries and protective coatings are not covered, unless the failure was caused by a defect in materials or workmanship.

Buying here. Recovery Room Direct is an authorized Therabody retailer, so purchases here are warranty-eligible.

What if I need to return it?

30 days from delivery. The device must come back in like new condition in its original packaging, with all accessories, attachments, charging cables, carrying cases and documentation. Anything missing components, showing signs of use, or damaged cannot be returned.

What a return costs. A 20 percent restocking fee may apply. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility, and we recommend a trackable, insured carrier.

Non-returnable. Open box sale items are final sale, personalized or engraved devices cannot be returned, and individual accessories, attachments and replacement heads bought separately are non returnable under manufacturer policy.

Cancelling before it ships. Contact us as soon as possible. A cancellation before the order leaves the warehouse avoids all charges.

Warranty claims go straight to Therabody. Warranty claims are handled directly by Therabody rather than through us. Every Therabody device includes a 1 year limited warranty, and accessories and attachments are typically covered for 90 days. Claims are submitted directly to Therabody at returns.therabody.com, and full coverage applies because you bought from an authorized retailer.

To start a return. Email your order number and we issue a Return Merchandise Authorization number within one business day. Write it clearly on the outside of the package, because returns without a valid RMA will not be accepted. Refunds are issued within 5 business days of the return being received and inspected.

What is the difference between the Theragun Prime Plus and the Pro Plus G6?

The Prime Plus includes percussive therapy and heat (via the included Heated Percussive Plus attachment, 3 heat levels). The Pro Plus G6 adds near-infrared LED light therapy, vibration therapy, guided breathwork, a built-in biometric sensor, an on-device LCD screen, 60 lbs stall force (vs. 40 lbs), and 7 included attachments (vs. 4). What attachments are included with the Theragun Prime Plus?

Four attachments ship in the box: the Heated Percussive Plus (heat therapy, 3 levels), the Dampener (softer pressure for sensitive or bony areas), the Standard Ball (all-purpose everyday use), and the Wedge (shoulder blades, IT band, upper back). Compatible sold-separately attachments include the Cold Plus, Vibration Plus, Micro-Point, and Thumb Plus — all designed specifically for the Prime Plus.

Is the Theragun Prime Plus HSA or FSA eligible?

Massage guns are listed as eligible for HSA or FSA reimbursement when bought for pain relief, with no Letter of Medical Necessity required. Guns intended primarily for general wellness or relaxation are not eligible. Does the Theragun Prime Plus have heat, and how does it work?

Yes — the included Heated Percussive Plus attachment provides three customizable heat levels. The heat element is built into the attachment head and activates while the percussion motor runs, so you’re delivering both thermal therapy and deep-tissue pressure simultaneously. Other attachments (Dampener, Ball, Wedge) function normally without any heat. Heat warms target tissue before activity and may support increased blood flow during recovery sessions.
