Shipping for BioLight is calculated at checkout based on your address and the system you order. Parcel items (Shine, ReCharge, ReStore, Beam and the Cocoon) ship by insured ground parcel. Freight systems (ReJuvenate, Arc, Adapt, Apex, Helios and the Aether Chamber) ship palletized by freight carrier. BioLight ships directly from its own facility, and our team tracks every order through to delivery — you always deal with us, not the manufacturer.

Parcel delivery — Shine, ReCharge, ReStore, Beam and Cocoon. These ship as standard insured parcel via UPS, FedEx or USPS. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, and delivery typically takes 3–7 business days from the ship date. No appointment or freight dock is needed. You will receive tracking by email once your order leaves the facility.

Freight delivery — ReJuvenate, Arc, Adapt, Apex, Helios and the Aether Chamber. These are large systems, from 65 lb up to more than 800 lb, and they ship on a pallet by freight carrier. Your Recovery Specialist confirms your delivery window in writing before your order ships, so you know exactly what to plan for. Commercial systems are built and staged to order, and lead times vary by model and configuration — call us before you order and we will confirm the current timeline for your unit.

Preparing for a freight delivery. Standard freight delivery is curbside. Measure doorways, hallways and any turns before delivery day, and have help available — these systems are heavy and are not a one-person carry. If your site needs inside placement, a liftgate, or a scheduled appointment window, tell us before you order and we will arrange what is available for your model.

IMPORTANT — report any damage within 48 hours. BioLight requires damage to be reported within 48 hours of delivery, with photographs. Before you unpack, photograph the outside of the carton or pallet. Then photograph anything damaged inside. On a freight delivery, also note the damage on the delivery receipt before the driver leaves, and do not sign a clean receipt if anything looks wrong. Email the photos to sales@recoveryroomdirect.com and we will handle the claim for you. Reports made after 48 hours may not be accepted.

Missing packages and address accuracy. If tracking shows delivered but nothing arrived, check with neighbours and building management first, then contact us and we will open a carrier trace. Please double-check your address at checkout — orders returned for an incorrect address may incur reshipment charges.

BioLight covers its devices with a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Coverage begins on the original date of purchase and applies to the original purchaser.

5-year limited warranty + 60-day trial period: Adapt System, Apex System, Arc System, Helios System.

3-year limited warranty + 60-day trial period: Aether Chamber, Beam, Cocoon, ReCharge, ReJuvenate, ReStore, Shine.

What's covered. At its discretion, BioLight will either repair the product or replace it with a new or refurbished unit of equal or greater value. A repaired or replaced unit carries the remainder of the original warranty period.

What's not. Misuse, unauthorized repairs, improper storage, normal wear, cosmetic damage, power surges, water or fire damage, and lost or stolen products. The warranty is non-transferable.

Register your device. BioLight may require product registration to activate coverage. We'll send you the link after delivery — it takes two minutes and protects your claim.

Shipping on claims. BioLight covers shipping on verified warranty claims. If a returned unit is inspected and found to be working properly, shipping costs including the return are the customer's responsibility.

How to make a claim. Contact us — as your authorized dealer we handle the claim with the manufacturer for you. Email sales@recoveryroomdirect.com or call (888) 500-5675 with your order number and photos of the issue.

If your BioLight purchase isn't the right fit, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return it. All return communication is handled by our team at Recovery Room Direct — you do not need to contact BioLight yourself.

How to start a return. Call (888) 500-5675 or email sales@recoveryroomdirect.com with your order number. We will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number and full instructions. Do not ship anything back before you have an RA number — deliveries received without one will be refused.

Condition required. Items must be returned in unused, like-new condition in the original packaging with all components, accessories and documentation. Keep the original crate or carton until you are certain you are keeping the unit — freight-class systems cannot be returned safely without it.

What a return costs. A 20% restocking fee is deducted from your refund, and return shipping is the buyer's responsibility. On the large freight systems, return transport is a significant cost — we will give you a realistic figure before you commit, so there are no surprises. If your order shipped free, the original outbound shipping cost is also deducted. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of the returned unit being received and inspected.

Talk to us first. Most returns we see could have been avoided with a five-minute conversation about room size, power, or which model actually fits the use. Call before you order — that is what our specialists are for.

Damage on arrival is not a return. If your unit arrives damaged, do not start a return — it is handled as a freight or carrier claim and it costs you nothing. Photograph everything and email us within 48 hours of delivery. See our BioLight Shipping Policy for the steps.

BioLight's 60-day trial. BioLight offers a 60-day trial period on its devices directly. That is a manufacturer program, separate from our 30-day return window. If you are past 30 days and want to explore it, call us and we will contact BioLight on your behalf and tell you honestly what is possible.
