How does delivery work?
How does delivery work?
Free freight to the contiguous 48. Every Luraco chair ships from Luraco's factory in Arlington, Texas, as one large box on a pallet, about 380 to 420 pounds.
Delivery estimate. The product page shows your estimated delivery date in business days, and we confirm the exact date once Luraco schedules your chair.
Curbside on every i11 edition, the i9 Max Plus, the i9 Special Edition and the Model 3. The carrier books a window, someone signs, and the chair is left at the curb, not carried inside. Our Professional Setup & Assembly can bring it to your room and assemble it.
White glove on the i9 Max Plus Billionaire and Royal. Included at no charge: a two-person team brings the chair to your room, assembles it and removes the packaging.
What we need from you. Two phone numbers and a note on any stairs on the way in, which we ask for after you order.
If it arrives damaged. Note it on the paperwork before signing, photograph it, and tell us within 48 hours. Refuse a crushed or punctured carton and call us while the driver is there.
What does the warranty cover?
What does the warranty cover?
Home use: 5 years parts, 3 years in-home labor, 10 years leather. Luraco's own coverage on every chair we sell, with proof of purchase.
Commercial use: written cover. 1 year on parts, the first 6 months with labor, and 1 year on the leather. Tell us before you order for a gym, clinic, spa or office.
Extended plan. Adds 2 years of labor for home use, so parts and labor both run 5 years. Add it beside Add to Cart and we register it with Luraco. Not offered for commercial use.
How a claim works. Call Luraco with your receipt; Luraco troubleshoots by phone first, then sends in-home labor or a return authorization. If a claim stalls, we take it up for you.
Not covered. Misuse, unauthorized repairs, power surges, liquids, normal leather wear and cosmetic changes. Coverage stays with the first buyer at the first address.
What if I need to return it?
What if I need to return it?
30 days from delivery. On the i11, the i9 Max Plus, the Model 3 Hybrid SL, and a Special Edition or i11 Big & Tall Edition ordered without a name. We handle it with Luraco, so you do not contact the manufacturer yourself.
What a return costs. A restocking fee of up to 5% may apply on a change of mind, and we waive it whenever we are not charged ourselves. You pay the return freight; we cover it when the cause is shipping damage or our error. We never deduct the original shipping from your refund.
Condition. As new, in the original box with all parts. Luraco refunds a chair only in its original packaging.
Personalized chairs are final sale. The Billionaire and Royal of both series, and a Special Edition or Big & Tall Edition ordered with a name, carry the owner's name, and Luraco does not take personalized chairs back. A fault is still covered by the warranty.
Damaged on arrival is different. Note it on the delivery paperwork, photograph it and tell us within 48 hours. A documented freight claim carries no restocking fee and no return freight.

The short answer
The Luraco i11 massage chair: one 3D engine and a new 3D calf and knee system
The i11 is the core chair of Luraco's new i11 Series. One 3D roller engine works a 60 inch Split L-Track from your neck to under the seat. In the leg rest, Luraco's new 3D calf and knee massage system (patent pending) works the calves and knees. Luraco names it the iRobotics 11 Standard.
Choose it if you want your calves and knees worked as seriously as your back, and one 3D engine is enough. Next to the i9 Max Plus, the i11 adds the calf and knee system, calf and knee heat, Luraco's AI body scan and eight user profiles, and it keeps a 30 day return.
Want a second engine, emergency backup power and your name on the chair? The i11 Special Edition adds all three. Every Luraco model we carry is in our Luraco massage chairs collection.

Luraco i11 massage chair dimensions, user height and room size

Planning the floor for the i11
From the i11 manual's clearances: 12 inches behind the backrest, 87 inches of reclined chair and 36 in front make a run of 135 inches, about 11 feet 3 inches. Across, the 38 inch chair with 18 inches to a wall on each side needs 74 inches, or 56 inches with one side open to the room.
The chair body is what has to pass your doors
The carrier leaves one box, 55 by 34 by 47 inches, at your curb or the end of your driveway, on a 380 pound pallet of 55 by 40 by 61 inches. It is opened where it lands, and the main body, without the leg rest and armrests, is what goes through your doors. Call us on (888) 500-5675 with the width of your narrowest door, and we check it with Luraco before shipping.
The massage
How the Luraco i11 massages: track, engine, air, calves, knees and heat
What each part of the chair does, from the track at your back to the airbags at your knees.
A 60 inch Split L-Track
From the neck down, the rollers travel 60 inches and carry on under the seat, bending where the backrest does. Luraco's patent for it, US 10,849,819, splits the guide rails at the point where the backrest pivots. Our L-track vs SL-track vs S-track guide shows how the shapes differ, and the i11 is listed with our other L-track massage chairs.
One 3D roller engine and 14 motors
Luraco sells the i11's single roller engine as 3D Butterfly Technology. Its patent, US 10,905,624, describes rollers driven in a three dimensional orbit by one motor, so they press in and draw back as well as travel. Programs mix rolling, kneading and three tapping rhythms, with five intensity levels for each of six body areas. What the 2D, 3D and 4D labels mean is in our 2D vs 3D vs 4D massage chairs guide; the i11 is filed with our 3D massage chairs.
52 air cells, shoulders to feet
The air cells squeeze the backrest and seat, shoulders and biceps, arms and leg rest, and the shoulder and bicep cells slide to a new height on a knob. Tripled foot rollers and Achilles nodes work the soles and heels.
The calf and knee system is the i11 difference
Luraco built the i11 leg rest around a new 3D calf and knee massage system (patent pending). The calf rollers work one spot or cover the whole calf automatically, and the leg rest adds a calf stretching program.
Knee air compression and calf and knee heat
Airbags close around the knees and squeeze in rhythm, which Luraco calls knee air compression. Heat reaches the calves and knees as well as the lower back, hands and feet, at five levels.

Luraco's AI body scan and eight user profiles
Luraco's AI body scan uses the chair's sensors at the start of each session to map the curve of your back. Save the massage, chair position and intensity to one of eight user profiles, and opening a saved profile skips the scan next time.

Powered armrests with hand rollers
Press the armrest button, or the Adjust screen on the remote, and the armrests open on a motor for side entry, then close around your arms. Each armrest holds arm and hand rollers, hand heat and the actuators for a hand and arm stretch, which Luraco lists as patent pending.
Stretch, recline and Warm Chair
The stretch programs twist the body and pull through the feet and spine, and the backrest tips from 120 to 170 degrees, through zero gravity. Warm Chair, set while the chair is idle, keeps the leather warm on five levels, separate from the massage heat.

Before you order
Luraco i11: five things to measure before you order
Settle these five before the order ships; each one is harder to fix once a 380 pound pallet is in the driveway.
- The outletA grounded three prong outlet close to where the chair will sit, on a normal household circuit, as the manual specifies
- Doorways and stairsSend us the width of the tightest door, every stair turn between the curb and the room, and the number of steps; the carrier stops at the curb
- The floorA level, solid spot. Luraco's manual says not to move the chair across wood or carpet, so choose its place first and unbox it there
- The roomWork from the floor plan above, indoors, out of direct sun and clear of bathrooms and pools, as the manual asks
- Who moves itAbout 280 pounds of chair, and the manual asks for two people to assemble it. Book them for delivery day, or add Professional Setup & Assembly and a two-person team does both
Construction
How Luraco builds the i11 in Arlington, Texas
Luraco designs, engineers and assembles the i11 in Arlington, Texas, from US and global components, in line with the "from US and Global sources" note on the badge in Luraco's photos.
The leather
Luraco upholsters the whole chair in what it calls automotive leather, in black, chocolate or cream, with a 10 year leather term for home use.

Noise, software and sound
The compressor and valves that feed the air cells sit in a sound damping enclosure under US patent 10,724,549. The software updates over WiFi, a 10 W Bluetooth speaker plays music from your phone, a USB port charges it, and the chair gives spoken voice responses in 7 languages.
The i11 is listed with our heated massage chairs and in our full range of massage chairs.
Running cost
Luraco i11 running cost, in cents per session
Two inputs: Luraco's published maximum of 200 watts, which is 0.2 kilowatts, and 18.34 cents per kilowatt hour, the national residential average in the EIA's Electric Power Monthly for June 2026.
One 30 minute session
1.8 cents
A tenth of a kilowatt hour; the 20 minute default costs 1.2 cents.
A month, daily
$0.55
Thirty daily sessions use 3 kilowatt hours.
A year, daily
$6.69
A year of daily sessions uses 36.5 kilowatt hours.
These are ceilings for the massage, since they assume full draw for the whole session; leaving Warm Chair on while the chair is idle adds to them.

Delivery day
Luraco i11 delivery: free curbside shipping and what to inspect at the curb
Curbside freight is free in the lower 48: the carrier leaves the chair at the curb or the end of the driveway, and someone has to be there to receive it. The buy box shows your estimated delivery date, and we confirm the exact date once Luraco schedules your chair.
Before delivery
Clear the route to the room and line up a second person for delivery day.
At the curb
Circle the pallet before you sign anything. Photograph any crushed corner, hole or water stain and write it on the delivery receipt.
Before you assemble
Look over the leather, the leg rest and both armrests while the packing is still on hand.
Curbside leaves the carry and the assembly to you. To have it ready in the room, add Professional Setup & Assembly in the buy box. A two-person team brings the chair to your room, assembles it and takes the packaging away (see in-home massage chair delivery). You have 30 days from delivery to return the i11; the terms are in our Luraco return policy.

Warranty and registration
Luraco i11 massage chair warranty, service and FDA registration
Luraco warrants the chair itself, on different terms for a home and a business.
| Home use, in-home service | 3 years, parts and labor |
|---|---|
| Home use, parts | 5 years |
| Home use, leather | 10 years, labeled Guaranteed No Tearing; normal wear excluded |
| Business use | 6 months parts and labor, then parts to 1 year; leather 1 year |
| Extended plan | Luraco's plan in the buy box: labor to 5 years, home use |
Luraco's extended plan
The extended warranty row in the buy box is Luraco's own plan for home use: 2 more years of labor, so labor matches the 5 years of parts. Add it with the chair and we register it with Luraco inside its 90 day window; Luraco performs the coverage.
How a claim works
Call Luraco's customer service line with proof of purchase. Luraco troubleshoots by phone, then sends in-home labor (home use, years one to three) or a return authorization to ship the chair to its service center. Coverage stays with the original purchaser at the original address, and in-home service does not reach Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico.
Luraco excludes chairs from unauthorized dealers, and Recovery Room Direct is an authorized Luraco dealer. Full terms are on our Luraco warranty policy page.
FDA registration
Made by an FDA-registered manufacturer; the chair is listed with the FDA as a Class I therapeutic massager.
Buyer questions
Common questions about the Luraco i11 massage chair
How much room does the Luraco i11 need?
Plan 135 inches front to back and 74 inches between two side walls, or 56 with one side open. That is the chair at full recline, 87 by 38 inches, plus Luraco's clearances: 36 inches in front, 12 behind and 18 beside the armrest.
What height and weight does the Luraco i11 fit?
Users from 4 feet 7 inches to 6 feet 9 inches and up to 300 pounds, on a 22 inch seat. A sensor under your right heel sets the leg rest, which extends up to 8 inches.
Does the Luraco i11 need a special outlet?
No. Luraco rates it at 200 watts maximum on a normal household power circuit, so a standard grounded outlet runs it. If the plug does not fit, the manual says to have an electrician fit a proper outlet.
When does the Luraco i11 ship, and how is it delivered?
The buy box shows your estimated delivery date, and we confirm the exact date once Luraco schedules your chair. Curbside freight is free in the lower 48. The box is opened where it lands, so only the main body, without the leg rest and armrests, has to pass your doors.
What does assembling the Luraco i11 involve?
Two people, per Luraco's manual. You hang the leg rest on two lock pins and join its color marked connectors, fix each armrest with two knob screws, then charge the remote from the USB lead in the right armrest. The manual says not to switch on until everything is connected.
What warranty comes with the Luraco i11?
At home, Luraco covers parts for 5 years, in-home service for 3 and the leather for 10. Luraco's extended plan, an option in the buy box, brings labor to 5 years. Ask us and we will email you the warranty terms and manual before you buy.
Can the Luraco i11 be used in a gym, spa or clinic?
Yes, on Luraco's written business terms in the i11 manual: 6 months of parts and labor, parts to a year and a year on the leather, with no extended plan.
What is the difference between the Luraco i11 and the i11 Special Edition?
The Special Edition adds a second 3D roller engine, 18 motors to this chair's 14, emergency backup power, and your name on the remote's start screen and a leather headrest tag. It also includes Luraco's wrist blood pressure and heart rate monitor accessory. A name makes it final sale; without one it keeps the same 30 day return as the i11.
Should I choose the Luraco i11 or the i9 Max Plus massage chair?
Both run one 3D engine and 14 motors on a 60 inch Split L-Track, with 52 air cells and powered armrests with hand rollers. The i11 adds Luraco's 3D calf and knee massage system (patent pending), with calf stretching, customizable calf rollers and knee air compression. It also adds calf and knee heat, Luraco's AI body scan and 8 user profiles in place of 5. Luraco rates the i11 for users up to 6 feet 9 inches and 300 pounds, and the i9 Max Plus up to 6 feet 10 inches and 300 pounds. Choose the i9 Max Plus for a user close to 6 feet 10 inches. The Luraco i9 Max Plus page has its full specification.
Where is the Luraco i11 made, and is it FDA registered?
Luraco designs, engineers and assembles it in Arlington, Texas, from US and global components. Made by an FDA-registered manufacturer; the chair is listed with the FDA as a Class I therapeutic massager.
