Shipping & Delivery

Your order ships free from the manufacturer's California warehouse on a strapped pallet via insured LTL freight. Orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days depending on the brand, and delivery to most addresses in the contiguous US takes 5 to 14 business days after shipment. See the brand section of our shipping policy for the times that apply to your product. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.

Scheduling your delivery. The freight carrier will reach out before the truck rolls — most carriers call 24–48 hours ahead to lock in a four-hour delivery window. Some carriers (including R+L) send an email or text the morning of delivery instead. Respond promptly either way. If the carrier can't reach you and misses 2–3 delivery attempts, terminal storage fees kick in and the item may be returned at your expense.

What to expect at delivery. A 53-foot semi-truck arrives at your curbside. The driver uses the truck's built-in liftgate to lower the pallet to ground level — that's where their responsibility ends. Standard delivery does not include bringing the equipment inside, up stairs, or unpacking. Plan ahead: have help available to move it once it's off the truck. Someone must be present to sign for the delivery.

CRITICAL — inspect before you sign. Walk around the pallet and check every box before signing the Bill of Lading. Cosmetic damage can be accepted. If a carton is punctured or crushed, or the sauna itself is damaged, refuse that item and call us on (888) 500-5675 while the driver is still there. Note the damage on the Bill of Lading before you sign, writing exactly what you see, and ask the driver to initial it. If the driver will not initial it, note the damage anyway, sign, and photograph the Bill of Lading. Contact us within 48 hours with photos. Once the damage is documented on the Bill of Lading we can file a valid freight claim and ship a replacement at no cost to you. If you refuse for a reason other than damage, or without contacting us first, return freight costs may become your responsibility. Signing a clean BOL releases the freight carrier from all liability. Claims filed after a clean signature are routinely denied. This takes two minutes and fully protects you.

Good to know. If your address changes after the order ships, contact us immediately — carrier re-routing fees may apply and will add transit time. If your location cannot comfortably accommodate a 53-foot semi-truck (island, remote road, gated community, narrow access), contact us before ordering so we can arrange an appropriate solution.

Questions before you order? Call or text (888) 500-5675, Mon–Sat 9am–6pm EST. We coordinate every delivery ourselves.

Free freight applies to standard residential curbside delivery within the contiguous 48 US states. Hawaii, Alaska, and Canada are not available at standard checkout — contact us before ordering for a freight quote. Transit times are carrier estimates, not guarantees. Applies to all Golden Designs Inc. brands: Dynamic Saunas, Maxxus Saunas, and Dynamic Cold Therapy. View our full Shipping & Delivery policy →

Warranty

Every Dynamic infrared sauna is covered by the manufacturer's limited warranty from Golden Designs, Inc., included with your purchase as an authorized-dealer order.

Coverage periods (residential). Heating elements and electronics: 5 years. Wood structure: 1 year. Built-in appliances such as stereos are covered by their own manufacturers' warranties.

Commercial use. Heating elements and electronics are covered for 1 year.

Indoor use only. Placing the sauna outdoors voids the warranty entirely. The manufacturer also asks that the warranty be registered within 60 days of purchase at its registration portal — register on time so there's no dispute about your coverage date. We'll send you the link after delivery.

What's covered. Defects in material and workmanship. The warranty covers replacement parts; labor is not included. Coverage applies to the original purchaser at the original installation address (continental US and Canada) and is not transferable.

What's not. Weather or moisture damage, modifications or non-authorized repairs, negligence or misuse, lacquer or paint applied to the wood, and normal wear — including minor surface cracks from natural wood movement, which the manufacturer notes are not defects.

Freight and proof of purchase. The manufacturer requires you to prepay shipping, duties and taxes on warranty parts, and to insure any parts shipped or returned. Coverage requires an unaltered proof of purchase and an intact serial number.

How to make a claim. Contact us — as your authorized dealer we handle the claim with the manufacturer for you. Email sales@recoveryroomdirect.com or call (888) 500-5675 with your order number and photos of the issue.

Summary of the manufacturer's warranty. Their official warranty document governs.

Return Policy

We stand behind every product we sell. If it's not the right fit, you have 30 days from delivery to return it — and if you need to cancel before it ships, there is no fee as long as we have not yet submitted your order to the manufacturer. After we submit it but before it ships, a 5% administrative fee may apply, and we waive it whenever we are not charged.

How to start a return. Email us your order number at sales@recoveryroomdirect.com and we'll issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within one business day. Write that number clearly on the outside of every box before handing it to the carrier — the warehouse will not accept returns without it.

Condition required. The item must come back new, unused, and in its original packaging with all components, hardware, and accessories included. Items that have been assembled, used, or modified cannot be returned. Electronic components — power supplies, control panels, and accessories — are non-returnable under manufacturer policy regardless of condition.

What it costs to return. We want to be upfront about this: returning large freight equipment has real costs. The manufacturer charges a 20% restocking fee on all returns, and you are responsible for the return freight. If your original order shipped free, the actual outbound freight cost is also deducted from your refund. Any storage or carrier routing fees incurred during the return process are the buyer's responsibility as well. Once the item arrives at the warehouse and passes inspection, your refund is issued within 5 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged on arrival? That's a different process entirely — and you're fully protected. If you accepted the delivery and documented the damage on the Bill of Lading, we handle the freight claim and ship you a replacement at no cost. No restocking fee, no return shipping. This is exactly why we ask you to inspect carefully before you sign.

The manufacturer warranty covers defects that arise after the 30-day return window. See full warranty terms at goldendesigninc.com. We're here Mon–Sat, 9am–6pm EST. Applies to all Golden Designs Inc. brands: Dynamic Saunas, Maxxus Saunas, and Dynamic Cold Therapy. View our full Return Policy →

Price Match Guarantee

Found it for less at an authorized dealer? We'll match it — before or after you buy.

We're factory-authorized for every brand we carry. If you find this exact model listed at a lower price by another authorized retailer, send us the link and we'll match it before you check out. Already purchased? We'll refund the difference within 30 days of your order date.

To claim: Email us or call with a link or screenshot showing the lower price, the retailer name, and model number. We'll confirm authorization status and apply the match — typically same business day.

Applies to authorized U.S. retailers only. Excludes open-box, clearance, used, and bundle pricing. Item must be in stock at the competing retailer.

Low EMF FAR Infrared Sauna — 2 Person

The Venice packs six Low EMF carbon FAR infrared panels into a proper 2-person cabin — and one of those six panels is a dedicated floor heater that warms from below your feet. Low EMF FAR Infrared Technology

Floor-to-Wall Low EMF Coverage in a 2-Person Cabin

Dynamic Venice 2-person sauna exterior and interior view

FAR infrared energy at wavelengths between 5.6 and 15 microns is absorbed directly by the body — not by the surrounding air. At the operating temperature range of 118°F–132°F, a FAR infrared session produces the thermal load associated with recovery benefits without the intense ambient heat of a traditional steam sauna. The Venice's six Low EMF carbon panels are calibrated to produce 5–10 milligauss at 2–3 inches from any panel surface — a meaningful reduction compared to older wire-coil designs in the same price category.

The defining feature of the Venice panel layout is the floor heater. One of the six panels is mounted below foot level and directs infrared energy upward from the floor of the cabin. In most infrared sauna designs, heat radiates horizontally from wall-mounted panels, leaving the extremities — feet and lower legs — receiving less direct thermal exposure. The Venice's floor panel fills that gap: your feet are heated from below while the rear, side, and under-bench panels cover the torso and lower body from every angle. Two rear wall panels provide consistent dorsal coverage for both occupants simultaneously.

The Venice runs on a standard 120V/15A non-GFCI outlet — no dedicated circuit upgrade, no electrician. If you want lower EMF output in the same cabin format, the Venice Elite uses PureTech™ Ultra Low EMF panels and adds bronze-tinted side windows to the cabin, at the same 15A outlet requirement. Call (888) 500-5675 to compare both options.

Key Features

Floor Panel, Dual Control, and Full Audio-Light Stack

300W Low EMF carbon heater panel in Dynamic Venice sauna

6 Low EMF Panels — Including a Floor Heater

Panel layout: 2 rear wall panels (300W each), 1 per side wall (300W each), 1 under-bench panel (200W), and 1 floor panel (125W). The floor panel is the Venice's signature feature — it projects heat upward toward the soles of the feet, the one area most standard wall-panel saunas leave unaddressed. Six panels measuring 5–10 mG at 2–3 inches produce full-body thermal coverage in a 43×37 interior for two occupants simultaneously.

Chromotherapy LED lighting and red light therapy in Venice sauna

Chromotherapy LED + Red Light at 662.7 nm

Interior chromotherapy LED cycles through multiple wavelengths — adjustable from either the interior or exterior control panel. A dedicated red light therapy module at 662.7 nanometers operates alongside the FAR infrared session. The bronze-tinted tempered glass door adds warm color to natural and artificial light entering the cabin, creating a distinct ambient atmosphere from clear-glass designs. Chromotherapy settings are independent of the FAR infrared session — adjust without interrupting heat output.

Interior and exterior dual LED control panel on Dynamic Venice sauna

Dual LED Control — Interior + Exterior

Both the interior and exterior of the Venice cabin have LED control panels. Pre-heat the sauna from outside before your session — arrive to a cabin already at your target temperature rather than waiting on the bench while it heats. Control temperature, timer, and light settings from inside without getting up. The dual control arrangement is particularly useful for commercial or shared-household settings where the sauna may be pre-started by someone not using it first. Bluetooth + MP3/AUX input with built-in speakers and pre-amplifier provides audio throughout the session.

Honest take: The Venice and Venice Elite differ in two ways. First, the Elite uses PureTech™ Ultra Low EMF panels — a lower-emission heater technology than the Standard's Low EMF carbon panels. Second, the Elite adds bronze-tinted side windows to the cabin; the Standard has only the front glass door. Both models have 6 panels including a floor heater, dual interior/exterior control panels, identical audio, and the same 15A standard outlet. If window glazing and lower EMF matter, choose the Elite. If neither is a priority, the Standard delivers the same floor-panel heating and dual-control arrangement at a lower price.

FAQ

Venice 2P Low EMF Sauna — Frequently Asked Questions

What is the panel layout on the Venice, and what makes the floor panel unique?
The Venice has 6 Low EMF carbon FAR infrared panels: 2 rear wall panels (300W each), 1 per side wall (300W each), 1 under-bench panel (200W), and 1 floor panel (125W). The floor panel is the defining feature — it projects infrared heat upward from the floor of the cabin toward the soles of your feet. Most infrared saunas heat from the walls only, leaving the feet and lower extremities outside the primary heat zone. The Venice addresses this directly with dedicated upward heat from the floor, while the rear, side, and under-bench panels cover the torso and lower body from every other angle.
Does the Venice have an exterior control panel?
Yes — the Venice has dual control panels: an interior LED panel inside the cabin and an exterior LED panel on the outside of the door. The exterior panel lets you power on the sauna and set your target temperature before you enter, so the cabin is already warm when you step in. The interior panel lets you adjust settings, timer, and lighting without standing up during your session.
What are the interior dimensions and how many people does it hold?
The Venice interior measures 43″ wide × 37″ deep × 70″ high. It is designed for 2 persons with a full-width 2-person bench. Exterior dimensions are 50″W × 42″D × 77″H (with an additional approx. 2″ roof overhang extending the depth). At 375 lbs assembled, allow clearance on all sides for assembly and air circulation.
What is the EMF level of the Venice?
The Venice's Low EMF carbon panels measure 5–10 milligauss at 2–3 inches from any panel surface. This is a meaningful reduction compared to traditional wire-coil sauna heaters in the same price range. If you want lower EMF output, the Venice Elite uses PureTech™ Ultra Low EMF panels that produce lower readings at panel range — in a slightly wider (44″) cabin that also adds bronze-tinted side windows.
Does the Venice have side windows?
No — the Venice Standard has a bronze-tinted tempered glass door only. There are no side windows on this model. The Venice Elite, which uses PureTech™ Ultra Low EMF panels, also adds bronze-tinted tempered glass side windows to the cabin. If natural light from the sides is important to your session environment, the Elite is the model to consider.
What are the electrical requirements?
The Venice requires a standard 120V/15A non-GFCI outlet. A dedicated outlet is recommended so no other devices share the circuit, but no electrician, new wiring, or special circuit is required. Do not connect to a GFCI outlet. The 9-foot power cord exits through the rooftop and plugs into a standard wall outlet. A 15A outlet is sufficient — no 20A circuit needed.
How does the Venice ship and how long does assembly take?
The Venice ships in 3 boxes via LTL freight — free curbside delivery to the contiguous 48 states. Assembly uses a clasp-together system that requires no drilling or power tools. Two people can complete it in approximately 1 hour. All hardware and an owner's manual are included. The freight carrier contacts you to schedule a delivery window (typically 7–14 business days).
Is financing available?
Yes — Affirm financing is available at checkout on qualifying orders. You can break the purchase into installments without prepayment penalties. Call (888) 500-5675 if you have questions before placing your order.
Is Recovery Room Direct an authorized Dynamic Saunas dealer?
Yes — Recovery Room Direct is an authorized Dynamic Saunas retailer. Your purchase is backed by the full manufacturer warranty through official distribution channels. We carry the complete Dynamic Saunas lineup and can help you compare the Venice, Venice Elite, and other 2-person models. Call us at (888) 500-5675 with any pre-purchase questions.
