Does the Shallow Dive require a prescription?
Yes. All Summit to Sea chambers are FDA-cleared Class II medical devices (K072757). A physician's prescription for hyperbaric chamber use is required before your order can be processed. Email a copy to sales@recoveryroomdirect.com within 24 hours of placing your order.
How much space does the Shallow Dive require?
The Shallow Dive is 84 inches long and 26 inches in diameter when fully inflated. Allow at least 18 inches of clearance on all sides for inflation and entry. Most spare bedrooms, home offices, and bonus rooms comfortably accommodate it.
Does the Shallow Dive include an oxygen concentrator?
No. The chamber uses ambient filtered air at 1.3 ATA. An oxygen concentrator can be connected separately to increase oxygen concentration during sessions, but this is sold separately and may require an additional prescription in some jurisdictions.
How long does shipping take?
The Shallow Dive ships free via freight carrier to the contiguous 48 states. Freight delivery typically takes 7–14 business days from order confirmation. A liftgate service is included for residential delivery. Alaska, Hawaii, and international customers must request a freight quote before ordering.
What is the warranty?
