Narvi Shipping & Delivery Policy
Every Narvi wood-burning sauna stove ships free to the contiguous 48 states. The chimney parts and the smaller accessories follow our store-wide free shipping threshold, so they ship free with a stove and on any order that clears it.
Freight and parcel travel differently. Every stove ships palletized by LTL freight and the carrier calls to book a window, so someone has to be there to sign. The chimney kit, the flue extensions, the 6 in adaptor, the roof flange, the floor plate, the protective wall, the stone cage, the thermometer and the sand timer all travel by ground parcel with no appointment to book.
What free delivery includes. Curbside delivery to your address. The driver brings the shipment to the end of your driveway on a liftgate-equipped truck where the address needs one, and that is where the handover happens. Taking the stove from the curb to the sauna is yours to arrange. A Narvi 30 weighs 331 lbs before a single stone goes in, so plan the last fifty feet before the truck arrives rather than on the day.

Lead time. Narvi stock in the United States is held by our distributor and most orders leave the warehouse within one to two weeks. If a model is between containers we tell you the date before we take the order, not after.
Stones ship alongside the stove. Narvi supplies no stones and every Narvi stove needs them, between 77 and 198 lbs depending on the model. They are added from the stove’s own page and travel with it, in 44 lb boxes of the 4 to 6 in split-face olivine diabase Narvi specifies. Most stoves take 2 to 4 boxes and each product page gives the exact count.
Inspect before you sign. Freight damage has to be noted on the delivery receipt at the moment of handover. Photograph the crate before it comes off the truck, photograph anything that looks wrong, and write the damage on the paperwork before the driver leaves. A receipt signed clean makes a damage claim very hard to win, and that is the one step we cannot do for you.
Not included: the chimney, the stones and the hearth. A Narvi stove is wood only, so there is no electrical supply to arrange and no electrician to book. What it does need is a chimney, and Narvi’s connective flue is 119 mm, which is 4.7 in and meets no US stove pipe directly. Order either Narvi’s own chimney system or the 6 in adaptor with the stove, along with the stones and any floor or wall protection your build needs. Because no Narvi stove carries a North American listing, confirm the chimney class and the clearances with your building department before you order rather than after.
