Maxxus Saunas Warranty Policy

Every Maxxus sauna is covered by the manufacturer's limited warranty from Golden Designs, Inc., included with your purchase as an authorized-dealer order.

Coverage periods (residential). Heating elements and electronics: 5 years. Wood structure: 1 year. Built-in appliances such as audio components are covered by their own manufacturers' warranties.

Some models carry longer. Several current Maxxus models ship with documentation showing a 7-year term on heating elements and electronics. We confirm the exact term for your model in writing with your order, so you always have it on record.

Indoor use only. Placing the sauna outdoors voids the warranty entirely.

What's not covered. Weather or moisture damage, modifications or non-authorized repairs, negligence or misuse, and lacquer or paint applied to the wood.

Terms that apply either way. The warranty covers replacement parts; labor is not included. Coverage applies to the original purchaser at the original installation address in the continental US or Canada, and is not transferable. Commercial use reduces coverage to 1 year. The manufacturer requires registration within 60 days of purchase — we send the link after delivery. You prepay shipping, duties and taxes on warranty parts and insure anything returned, and coverage requires an intact serial number and unaltered proof of purchase. Minor surface cracks from natural wood movement are not considered defects.
