Finnmark Warranty Policy
Finnmark Designs warrants every sauna we sell, and we file the claim for you. Cover runs from your date of purchase, so keep your receipt. The serial number plate you will be asked for sits underneath the sauna bench.
How long. In home use the Spectrum Plus infrared elements are warranted for the life of the sauna, indoors and outdoors. The Spectrum Carbon heaters and the LED lighting run 10 years. The cabin itself and the controls and power supply run 10 years indoors, dropping to 5 years when the sauna lives outdoors. Remotes and the optional seat cushion are 1 year. The optional outdoor cover is warranted by material: 5 years on the Aqualon roof and 10 years on the Sauleda side walls.
What is covered. Defects in materials and workmanship, provided the sauna was assembled to Finnmark's instructions, reasonably maintained, and not damaged, misused or abused. For the first 30 days from the date you receive it, Finnmark covers the freight on replacement components; after that the shipping is yours.
What is not. Anything not fitted at the factory carries no coverage at all. Finnmark's terms are written for residential use, so ask us to confirm cover in writing before you order for a gym, studio or rental.
Two things decide most Finnmark claims. The sauna must be assembled and placed the way the manual requires, which includes 3 inches of clearance on every side and above, a solid dry indoor floor, and a dedicated circuit of the stated rating. And damage found on delivery has to reach us within 48 hours, with photographs, before the sauna is assembled.
How to make a claim. Call (888) 500-5675 or email sales@recoveryroomdirect.com with your order number and receipt, the model and the serial number from under the bench, and photographs of the fault. We take it from there.
Two parts sit outside this document. The Harvia stove inside a Trinity model carries Harvia's own warranty. The SoulCold plunge has its own one year consumer term covering the pumps, heater, control system, plumbing and the factory fitted filter and pump.
Finnmark limits any implied warranty to the length of this limited warranty and excludes incidental and consequential damages. Some states do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have others that vary by state.
