EASYTON Return Policy

If the EASYTON isn't the right fit for your practice, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to return it. All return and refund communication is handled by our team at Recovery Room Direct, so you do not need to contact Almagia International yourself.

How to start a return. Call us at (888) 500-5675 or email sales@recoveryroomdirect.com with your order number. We will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number and send return instructions. Do not ship the tonometer back until you have your RA number; packages received without one will be refused.

Condition required. The tonometer must come back unused and in like-new condition, in its original packaging with the case, batteries, manual and everything else that came in the box. A tonometer that has been used on a patient, or is missing components, is not eligible for return.

What a return costs. A 15% restocking fee may be deducted from your refund. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility, and we recommend a trackable, insured carrier. Refunds go to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the return.

If we cannot verify the license. The EASYTON is a prescription device and cannot ship until we have verified the practitioner's license with the state board. If we cannot verify it, we cancel the order and refund you in full, with no fee, because the order is not sent to Almagia until the license checks out. You can cancel on the same terms before then by emailing sales@recoveryroomdirect.com.

License note. We keep the license details you send us only to document that the sale was properly authorized. We do not use them for marketing and we do not share them.

Warranty claims. A manufacturing defect found after the return window is handled under the manufacturer's warranty, which ELAMED's manual sets at 24 months from the date of sale. Contact us and we coordinate the claim with Almagia International on your behalf.
