Narvi Warranty Policy

Narvi Ltd, registered in Finland, warrants its products against premature failure to the original purchaser. In the United States the claim runs through us and our distributor; start with us and we take it from there. Keep your receipt and your installation details.

How long. Two years in residential use on the Kaamos 20, the NC 16, NC 20 and NC 24, the Luosto, the Luosto VS, the Inari, the Inari Plus and the Narvi 30. One year on the Kuru 14 and the Kuru 20. Narvi halves the term for any non-private installation, and its warranty also becomes void if the main purpose of use changes during the warranty period.

What is covered. Defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. The cover applies to new products bought from Narvi or an authorized dealer, and it does not limit your rights under applicable law.

What is excluded. Sauna stones and firebox fire protection plates, which Narvi treats as consumables. Improper installation, alteration or misuse, or any installation that does not follow Narvi's instructions. A product chosen for the wrong purpose or incorrectly dimensioned for the room. Transport and storage damage, including storage anywhere that is not indoors, dry, ventilated and above freezing. Damage from insufficient ventilation or constant humidity, which shows up as rusting, sooting and discolouration. Non-recommended stones or incorrectly stacked stones. Unapproved modification or non-original parts. Removal, re-installation, service calls and shipping costs.

Report a fault within 14 days. Narvi requires written notice to the seller within a reasonable time and no later than 14 days from discovering the defect, with proof of purchase and the type designation. Tell us as soon as you see something and we will start the paperwork the same day.

To make a claim, call (888) 500-5675 or email sales@recoveryroomdirect.com with your order number, the model and the date you noticed the fault, plus photographs of the problem and of the installation. We raise it with the distributor and follow it through; you do not deal with Finland. Narvi requires written notice within 14 days of discovering the defect, so tell us as soon as you see it even if you are still gathering photographs.

A note on certification. Narvi stoves carry the CE mark and are tested to EN 15821:2010 by VTT in Finland, notified body 0809. They do not carry a UL, ULC, CSA or ETL listing. That is a code and insurance question rather than a warranty one, and it is covered on each product page.
