How does delivery work?
How does delivery work?
Free to the contiguous 48. What changes across the range is not the cost to you but how it arrives.
Electric heaters ship by parcel. Wall mounted and pillar heaters run roughly 29 to 55 pounds, so they travel as insured ground parcel. No delivery appointment and nobody needs to be home.
Wood burning stoves ship by freight. A stove moves palletized on an LTL carrier. The carrier calls to arrange an appointment window, someone must be there to sign, and it is a curbside drop rather than a carrier leaving it at the door.
Stones ship separately. A heater takes anywhere from one box to thirteen at roughly 44 pounds a box, so stone shipping is charged per box at checkout, including when the stones are ordered with a heater.
When it ships, and how you will know. Most orders ship promptly, though some part numbers are supplied from Finland and take longer, so we confirm the position for your specific model when you order. You get a tracking notification by email once it ships.
Where we ship. The contiguous 48 states. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Canada are quoted case by case, so contact us before ordering.
If it arrives damaged. Check the carton or pallet for damage while the driver is still there and note any damage on the delivery receipt at the time of signing, then contact us the same day. A clean signature with no damage noted makes a freight claim much harder to win.
What does the warranty cover?
What does the warranty cover?
Residential coverage. Two years on electric heaters, controls and steam generators including the heating elements, and two years on wood burning stoves, running from your date of purchase.
A free third year. Register within 30 days and Harvia adds a third year on electric heaters in residential use. We send you the link and your serial number with your order.
Commercial coverage. Two years on electric heaters, controls and electronics, but six months on heating elements and six months on wood burning stoves.
Professional installation is a condition. Harvia requires that the unit is installed and wired by a licensed electrician, and that proof of professional installation can be presented with a claim. A heater wired by the owner is outside the warranty, so keep your installer's invoice with your receipt.
Not covered. Normal wear, improper installation, poor maintenance, failure to follow the instructions, alterations and improper use. Sauna stones are a consumable and are not covered, and stones Harvia does not specify for your model can void cover.
Transport damage has a seven day limit. Harvia requires damage found on receipt to be reported no later than seven days after delivery. Call us the same day, because a claim is far easier to win with the damage noted on the delivery receipt.
Changing how you use it ends the cover. Moving a heater from a family sauna into a gym, a rental or any other commercial setting ends the residential cover rather than converting it. Tell us before you order if the room will be used commercially.
A callout for a fault that is not covered can be charged. If the defect turns out to fall outside the warranty, Harvia is entitled to charge for the work of finding it, including labour, travel and shipping at actual cost. Call us first and we will work through the symptoms with you before anything is booked.
Who handles it. Harvia US Inc. is the warrantor for North America and we open the claim with them on your behalf. Call (888) 500-5675.
What if I need to return it?
What if I need to return it?
30 days from purchase. The unit must be new, uninstalled and in resalable condition with its original packaging and all included parts. A heater that has been wired in, fired, or loaded with stones counts as installed and cannot be returned.
What a return costs. There is no percentage restocking fee on a standard customer return. You get full credit for the product, less a repackaging fee that typically runs about 20 to 50 dollars depending on the item.
Who pays the return freight. You do on a change of mind. We do, and the distributor does, when the cause is shipping damage or an error on our side, and nothing is deducted for freight in those cases.
Damaged on arrival. A different process, and it is time sensitive. Note the damage on the delivery receipt before you sign, photograph the carton and the contents, and call us the same day. Concealed damage found after signing is much harder to claim, so open the box on delivery day even if you are not installing for weeks.
Sauna stones. Stone is sold by weight and is not returnable once a box is opened.
Controls and accessories. Same 30 day window and the same condition requirement. A control unit that has been wired in cannot be returned.
To start a return. Call (888) 500-5675. A Return Authorization number is required before anything goes back, and product returned without one can be refused.

Harvia Club Series
Harvia Club K15G 14.8kW Electric Sauna Heater
The Club is Harvia's commercial-duty floor heater: a heavy steel cabinet carrying 132 lbs of stone, built for rooms that run all day rather than twice a week. It is also a bigger electrical job than a home heater, and worth reading the wiring section before you price it.
At 14.8kW Harvia rates it for rooms up to 1000 cubic feet, or 97 to 146 square feet of floor at a minimum ceiling height of 78 inches. The Club runs from a Harvia Xenio CX45 control unit, bought separately. It comes as a control panel plus a power unit, and both mount outside the hot room.

Harvia Club K15G Features
What you are buying at 14.8kW
132 lbs of stone, built for duty cycle
A commercial room is reheated by the next group of bathers, not by the heater working from cold. 132 lbs of stone is the buffer that makes that possible: it holds heat through the door opening and closing, so the room settles instead of swinging. That is the difference between the Club and a home heater at the same kilowatts.
Control panel and power unit
The Club is switched by the power unit that comes with its Xenio control. Harvia's wiring table runs the supply from the breaker to a load center, from there to the wall-mounted power unit, and only then to the heater, with the control panel mounted separately. The control for this part number is the Xenio CX45. At this output the CX45 needs two supply wires between the power unit and the heater.
Steel body, ETL Listed
Steel construction, floor standing, with a maximum thermostat setting of 194°F. Harvia publishes an ETL listing for this heater covering the United States and Canada. ETL is the mark of Intertek, an OSHA-accredited Nationally Recognized Testing Laboratory. Installation follows the National Electrical Code and your local code.
Sizing the K15G
Is 14.8kW the right output for your room?
Measure length × width × height in feet. Harvia also publishes a floor area for the K15G, 97 to 146 square feet, and a minimum ceiling height of 78 inches.
Cold surfaces change the answer, and a glass door counts. Harvia's manuals treat brick, glass, tile and concrete as non-insulated surface and say to add 1.2 cubic meters of volume for every square meter of it, which works out near 3.9 cubic feet for every square foot. Harvia's own worked examples: a 10 cubic meter room with a glass door behaves like a 12 cubic meter room, and the same room with a 2 by 2 meter brick wall behaves like 15. If you are close to the limit, size up rather than down.
Log walls without insulation heat slowly. Harvia advises multiplying the room volume by 1.5 before choosing output in that case.
Electrical requirements
61.7 amps at 240 volts single phase
Harvia's US manual rates the K15G at 14,800 watts and 61.7 A at 240 volts single phase. The supply runs from the breaker to a load center in 4 AWG, from the load center to the power unit in 8 AWG, and from the power unit to the heater in 8 AWG, in copper, with wire rated 90°C from the power unit to the heater.
Note the model name against the real figure. Harvia names the Club on nominal output and rates it on actual, so this part number is 14.8 kW on 240V 1-phase, not the 15 kW the badge suggests. Size the panel from 61.7 A rather than from the model name.
Harvia publishes rated amperage rather than a breaker size. Harvia's control manual also caps the breaker feeding the control's power unit at 45 A for the Xenio CX45, so your electrician sizes the circuit against both that cap and the continuous-load rule, using the connection options in Harvia's wiring table. Fixed electric heating counts as a continuous load, so your electrician sizes the conductor and the overcurrent device with headroom above that figure, to the National Electrical Code and to whatever edition your local authority has adopted.
The heater is hardwired. The US manual calls for copper wire rated to 194°F (90°C) within the sauna walls, run in seal tight conduit between the heater and the wall, and it is explicit that pigtails and plugs are not allowed in the sauna room.
Installation must be carried out by a licensed electrician. Harvia's warranty terms require that proof of professional installation is presented, so keep the invoice.

What's in the box
Included with your Club K15G
- Harvia Club K15G sauna heater
- Installation and operation manual
- Heater only. A Harvia Xenio CX45 control unit is required and sold separately.
- The power unit and temperature sensor come in the box with the Xenio control
- Harvia manufacturer warranty, 2 years residential and 3 years when registered within 30 days, subject to professional installation
Sauna stones are required and are not included. Harvia rates the K15G to hold up to 132 lbs of stone. Order 3 boxes of Harvia AC3000 at 44 lbs a box, which fills the rated capacity almost exactly, so order a spare box if you want extra to choose from as stone varies in shape and breaks down over time. Harvia's Club manual calls for solid blocks of stone 2 to 4 inches across, made for use in a heater. Stone that is too small, too flat or the wrong shape packs tightly and restricts the airflow the heater depends on, and Harvia's terms exclude damage caused by stone it does not recommend. Call (888) 500-5675 and we will add stones to your order. Want it in one order? The Harvia Club K15G package pairs it with a Xenio CX45 or Fenix FX45 control and three boxes of AC3000 stone.
Shipping & delivery
How your heater ships
Ships by parcel carrier
At 61.7 lbs the K15G ships as a standard parcel rather than freight, so there is no appointment to schedule and no liftgate to arrange.
Contiguous US
Delivered throughout the lower 48. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Canada are quoted separately, so contact us before ordering.
Inspect on arrival
Check the carton before you sign. Note any damage on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery, then contact us the same day so we can open a claim.
Compare the Club range
The K15G against the rest of the Club range
Every Club is the same cabinet and the same 132 lbs of stone. What changes is output, supply and how much panel capacity the job needs. Note that three phase draws far less current for nearly the same heat, which is why commercial rooms usually take it where it is available. The K10G takes a Xenio CX45 or CX30, and the K12.5G and K15G take the CX45. The same CX45 covers single phase and three phase.

Harvia Club K15G FAQ
Questions buyers ask about the K15G
What size sauna room does the Harvia Club K15G heat?
Harvia rates the K15G for rooms up to 1000 cubic feet, or 97 to 146 square feet of floor at a minimum ceiling height of 78 inches. Multiply your room length, width and height in feet to get the volume. Non-insulated surface counts, and so does a glass door: Harvia adds 1.2 cubic meters of volume for every square meter of brick, glass, tile or concrete, which is near 3.9 cubic feet for every square foot. Add that before you compare against the range.
Why is the K15G rated at 14.8 kW and not 15 kW?
Harvia names the Club range on nominal output and rates it on actual output at the supply voltage. The K15G on 240 volts single phase is 14,800 watts, so 14.8 kW, drawing 61.7 A. The same model on the other supply draws a different figure again. Always size the panel from the amperage on this page rather than from the number in the model name.
What controls does the K15G need?
A Harvia Xenio CX45 control unit, bought separately. It comes as a control panel plus a power unit, and both mount outside the hot room. Harvia's wiring table runs the supply from the breaker to a load center, then to the power unit, then to the heater. At this output the CX45 needs two supply wires between the power unit and the heater. Call us on (888) 500-5675 and we will spec the control package with you.
How many circuits does the K15G require?
One feed from the main panel, but it is not a simple run. Harvia rates the K15G at 14,800 watts and 61.7 A at 240 volts single phase. The feed goes to a load center, which Harvia specifies as a 2-pole, 2-breaker subpanel, then to the wall-mounted power unit and on to the heater, each leg with its own minimum wire size. Harvia publishes rated amperage rather than breaker size, so your electrician sizes the overcurrent device above 61.7 A because fixed electric heating counts as a continuous load. Harvia's control manual also caps the breaker feeding the control's power unit at 45 A for the Xenio CX45, so your electrician sizes the circuit against both that cap and the continuous-load rule, using the connection options in Harvia's wiring table.
Are sauna stones included with the Club K15G?
No. Stones are required for operation and are sold separately. Harvia rates the K15G to hold up to 132 lbs of stone, and the practical order is 3 boxes of Harvia AC3000 at 44 lbs a box, which fills the rated capacity almost exactly, so order a spare box if you want extra to choose from as stone varies in shape and breaks down over time.
Can I install the Harvia Club K15G myself?
No. The K15G is hardwired and must be installed by a licensed electrician to the National Electrical Code and local requirements. Harvia's published warranty terms require that proof of professional installation is presented, so keep the invoice. The US manual specifies copper wire rated to 194 degrees Fahrenheit within the sauna walls, run in seal tight conduit, and states that pigtails and plugs are not allowed in the sauna room.
What warranty comes with this heater?
Harvia covers this heater for 2 years in residential family use, including the heating elements, under the Limited Warranty for Harvia Products dated 18 November 2025. Register the heater with Harvia within 30 days of purchase and Harvia adds a third year, for 3 years in total. Registration is free and takes a couple of minutes. We send you the link and your serial number with your order, so you do not have to go looking for it. In commercial or other non-consumer use the period is 2 years on the heater, controls and electronics, and 6 months on the heating elements. Cover runs from your date of purchase, so keep your receipt. Harvia also requires that the unit is installed and wired by a licensed electrician and that you can show proof of professional installation, so keep your installer's paperwork with it. Transport or storage damage is separate and must be reported no later than seven days after delivery. Harvia US Inc. is the warrantor and handles claims directly, and we open the claim on your behalf. Full terms are on our Harvia warranty policy page.
Is the Club K15G listed for use in the United States?
Harvia publishes an ETL listing for this heater covering the United States and Canada. ETL is the mark of Intertek, an OSHA-accredited Nationally Recognized Testing Laboratory. Installation follows the National Electrical Code and your local code.
Does the K15G need a GFCI breaker?
Harvia's manual is explicit that the power feed should not be connected through a GFI or residual current device. Local code may require GFCI protection anyway, particularly outdoors or in a wet location, and where the two conflict your inspector decides. Settle it with your electrician before the rough-in rather than at final inspection.
