What to expect at delivery. Therabody products ship in factory-sealed packaging via ground carrier. No delivery appointment is required — your package will be left at the door for standard devices. For larger items such as the JetBoots PRO Plus or Therabody Lounger, a signature may be required. Once your order ships, track it anytime using the link in your confirmation email.
If your order arrives damaged. Before opening, photograph the shipping box. Then open carefully and photograph any damage to the device or contents. Email photos to sales@recoveryroomdirect.com within 48 hours of delivery. We'll file the carrier claim and send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice. Damage reports submitted after 48 hours cannot be guaranteed.

Return Policy
Return Policy
We stand behind every product we sell. If your Therabody device isn't the right fit, you have 30 days from delivery to return it. Need to cancel before it ships? Contact us as soon as possible — cancellations before the order leaves the warehouse avoid all charges.
How to start a return. Email your order number to sales@recoveryroomdirect.com and we'll issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within one business day. Write that number clearly on the outside of the package — returns without a valid RMA will not be accepted.
Condition required. The device must be returned in like-new condition in its original packaging, with all accessories, attachments, charging cables, carrying cases, and documentation included. Items that are missing components, show signs of use, or have been damaged cannot be returned.
What it costs to return. A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility — we recommend using a trackable, insured carrier. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting the return.
Non-returnable items. Open-box sale items are final sale. Personalized or engraved devices cannot be returned. Individual accessories, attachments, and replacement heads purchased separately are non-returnable under manufacturer policy.
Warranty claims. If your device develops a defect outside the 30-day return window, that is covered by Therabody's manufacturer warranty. Most Theragun and TheraFace devices include a 1-year limited warranty (Theragun PRO: 2 years); accessories and attachments are typically covered for 90 days. Submit warranty claims directly to Therabody at returns.therabody.com — full warranty coverage applies because you purchased from an authorized retailer.

The 6-Minute Morning Reset
Flat or Micro-Point attachment on low speed for jaw and forehead tension that builds overnight. Follow with one pass of the LED Ring on Red mode around the eyes while your coffee brews. The device is Bluetooth connected — the app runs the timer and transitions between steps automatically. The whole sequence takes under 6 minutes and you’re done before your second cup.
The Microcurrent Lift
Apply the included TheraOne Conductive Gel to your face and use the Microcurrent Ring in slow, deliberate upward strokes along the jaw, cheek, and forehead. The gel is required for the current to conduct — do not skip it. Therabody recommends this session 2–3 times per week. The 12-week study protocol included microcurrent sessions twice weekly. The Weekly Comprehensive
The Therabody app offers a 45-minute comprehensive guided session that cycles through every modality — cleansing ring first, then percussive, then microcurrent, then LED. This is the protocol used in the 12-week clinical study. Do it once a week. The app narrates every step, tells you which attachment to use, and controls LED mode transitions. You never have to guess what comes next.

What does each attachment do, and which one should I start with?
Start with the Flat attachment on low speed for general facial tension — jaw, forehead, neck. For precision areas like around the eyes or smile lines, switch to the Cone. The Micro-Point is best for circulation across larger areas like the cheeks. For your first session, the Therabody app has a guided beginner routine that walks through each attachment in order, which is the easiest way to get familiar with the device.
Do I need to use the conductive gel with the microcurrent ring?
Yes — the TheraOne Conductive Gel (included) is required for the Microcurrent Ring to work properly. The gel allows the microcurrent to conduct through the skin. Without it, the treatment is less effective and may feel uncomfortable. The included 1.7 oz tube is sufficient for approximately one month of regular use. Replacement gel is available from Therabody; the device is also compatible with other water-based conductive gels.
How many sessions do I get per charge?
The battery lasts 38 minutes. A standard 6-minute session (Therabody’s recommended session length for percussive and LED treatments) gives you approximately 6 complete sessions per charge. For the once-weekly 45-minute comprehensive session, you would need to charge beforehand. The USB-A to USB-C charging cable is included. Charge time is not published by Therabody.
Is the TheraFace Pro FDA Cleared or FDA Approved?
FDA Cleared. The TheraFace Pro holds two separate FDA 510(k) clearances — one for phototherapy (the LED Light Ring) and one for transcutaneous electrical stimulation (the Microcurrent Ring). FDA Cleared means Therabody submitted premarket notification to the FDA demonstrating the device is substantially equivalent to an already-cleared predicate device. It is not the same as FDA Approved, which applies to prescription drugs and higher-risk medical devices.
Can I use the TheraFace Pro in the shower or submerge it in water?
No. The device is water resistant and should be wiped with a damp cloth or alcohol-free cleansing wipe only — do not submerge it. The exception is the Cleansing Ring, which is the only fully waterproof attachment and can be rinsed with water after use. Keep the device itself dry at all times.
What’s the difference between the TheraFace Pro and the TheraFace Mask Glo?
Different tools for different goals. The TheraFace Pro is a handheld, spot-treatment device — you hold it and move it around your face. It delivers four therapies (percussive, microcurrent, LED, cleansing) and is best for targeted tension, muscle toning, and a complete facial health routine. The TheraFace Mask Glo is a full-face LED mask you wear hands-free — 504 LEDs for even full-face coverage across three light modes. It is also HSA/FSA eligible (the Pro is not), and is priced at $379.99. If broad full-face LED coverage and HSA/FSA eligibility are your priorities, the Mask Glo may be the better fit. If you want percussive therapy, microcurrent, and targeted spot LED work in one device, the Pro is the right choice.
Is it safe for all skin types and tones?
The 12-week clinical study included participants across Fitzpatrick Types I–IV (fair through medium-brown skin tones) and diverse ethnicities including Hispanic, African American, Caucasian, and Asian participants. Therabody does not restrict use by skin type. If you have a specific skin condition, active acne lesions beyond mild-to-moderate, or are undergoing dermatological treatment, consult your dermatologist before use.
What is the warranty and return policy?
Therabody provides a 1-year limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
